Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage up for a time slot change

Entertainment Hub’s Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage, has been going through a lot of changes post-Sanjeeda Sheikh, aka Sejal’s exit from the show.

However, the latest is that it will be shifted to a late night slot from its current prime time one. As per a reliable source, Sai Baba Telefilms’ Ghar Aaja Pardesi, that starts airing from 28 January 2013, will take the slot held by Piya Ka Ghar … (8pm) while the latter will shift to a late 10pm slot.

There have also been speculations on Piya Ka Ghar going off air. When checked with another source, we were informed, “The makers and the channel are still looking out for a new lead but there is no way that the show is going off air. But there are chances of it being shifted to a late night slot. And since the 10 pm slot is empty at the moment, it will, most likely, air at that hour.”

To get a clear idea on the fate of the show, we contacted Assistant Director (Worker) Sahara One Suresh Mishra and he went on record to state. “The show is not going off air for certain. It will get a new time-slot and we will inform audiences about it soon.”
