Sajjan is shocked to see 1 lakh room bill. Diya asks him not to sign bill. Sajjan asks her not to worry, he will manage. Mohan comes and acts as scolding waiter for giving bill to Sajjan. CT enters and says it is not waiter’s fault, he must have thought Sajjan will not eat at his daughter’s house. Bhuvan enters and says he will give 20% discount. Mohan says how will Sajjan pay such a huge bill, it is just one day bill. Sajjan says he will pay bill without discount and will not go away from his daughter and son-in-law. Bhuvan says he will see till when he will bear expenses and leaves singing hoarsely Pradharo mharo desh. CT says Diya that her paghphera is today itself and she should get ready. She tells Sajjan that it is an exclusive women function and he is not invited, he can teach
his tricks to his daughter. Once she leaves, Sajjan asks Diya not to worry and suggests her to be courageous and not let anyone take over her, it is a liquor party and not let anyone force her to drink, etc.
Ratan with Yash sees CT coming and acts as having palak soup and tells CT that Diya is like her, even she suggested to have palak soup to grow up soon and grow moustache. CT leaves ignoring him. Yash taunts Ratan that he drank soup unnecessarily, it is not easy to convince daadi, he has to try a lot. Priya comes and Yash acts as having soup to please her.
Sajjan gives gifts to Diya and Ratan and blesses them. Ratan happily says he thought only Diya will get gifts. Sajjan smiles. They both touch Sajjan’s feet. Diya and Ratan return home and sees Sakshi and Shivani decorating room with flowers for suhagraat. Shivani asks if they liked it. Divya is shocked. Ratan says it is very nice and thanks them. Sakshi taunts Diya that her suhagraat will be memorable. Shivani follows them. They ask why she is out, if she did not like decoration. Diya says joke should be in limits, she tolerated their nonsense during paghpheras, but they dragged Ratan in this and she will not tolerate it. Sakshi says she married 9-year-old boy and has to bear it. Diya says they know she married Raan under what circumstances, so should stop splashing their dirt on her and Ratan. Shavani yells she will show purity of her relationship, she should not dare to confront.
Diya returns to her room. Ratan shows his and Diya’s pic in locket and says this locket will be near his heart forever. Tile song palys in the background. They both then play with pillows and lie on bed tired. In the morning, Diya does not wake up hearing alarm bell. CT fumes that she cannot take care of herself, how will she take care of daata hukum/Ratan. Bua takes out liquor bottle and says thakurani is born and bought up in thakur family and must be knowing that she has to sip liquor during function. She says their relative’s bahu’s condition got worse sipping alcohol, here Diya’s father will also be not with her. CT says liquor is like wealth, some can handle it and some cannot. She enters Diya and Ratan’s room and sees them sleeping. She looks at sleeping pill packet and thinks she gave them sleeping pill and they will not wake up.
Precap: Bua serves liquor to Diya. Diya says she does not drink it. Bua says it will get her closer to Ratan. Diya says if it is for closeness, even juice will do. CT mixes some powder in Diya’s juice.
