Minnie drops Babita to Trilok’s factory and wishes her all the best. Babita walks into factory and sees employees chitchatting. Employee taunts their new supervisor came and will order them what to do and what not to, they should be habituated to follow her orders. Employee introduces other employees and says they are all experts in their job, but she is inexperienced and got job with inspector Hanuman’s recommendation, so she can just relax and earn salary. He explains her duty and and says she came late today, how will she manage. She says she came at 9 p.m. sharp as informed. He says she has to be present at 8:45 a.m. to take employees’ attendance, so she will be marked absent today. She says she was not informed beforehand and will complain. He asks if she will say that she came late and needs excuse. He continues insulting her and says nobody will obey her and how will she manage to deliver 400 police uniforms in 4 days. She addresses employees who joke on her. Employee continues insulting Babita.

Hanuman addresses new joinee constables and gives them lecture on police’s duties and responsibilities that they should be ready to even sacrifice life to serve people. Laala demonstrates for him. Minnie walks to him angrily and with her rude behavior seeks help. He asks her to calm down and describe her problem. She says Babes has gone to work for the first time and she is worried how will Babes manage. Hanuman says just like a kid which falls down and walks again repeatedly, mother lets him/her fall as she knows her baby is getting strong; similarly Babita will face external world and will learn to cope up slowly, so she need not worry.

Babita devices and plan on chart and explains it to employee who insults her that if work can be done by charts, they would have tried it long ago. She asks what to do then. He says she is supervisor and it is her duty to get work done. He continues troubling her.

Employees ask where she wants to go. She says washroom. They say there is no washroom here. She gets out of factory nervously.
