Scene 1
Neeti cries. Pari says if you spoke to your mom she would really like it. Rajiv comes to his cabin. Everyone is eating there. He says why are you all eating here. They say your food is so good. Call your wife and thank him. His friend says bhabhi ji sent this food for your wife. The Boss’ mood is so good. Rajiv eats. He thinks about Pari cooking for him. Pari leaves. Neeti says Pari at least tell me when is mummy coming? And help me choose my mangalsutra. Pari says help me cross the road first. Neeti hugs her and cries. She says sorry. Pari says it’s okay. I won’t say sorry this time. Pari says it’s my fault. I overreacted. You have all the right to be involved in my life. Neeti says where were you going. Pari says I was gonna wait here. Neeti says you are right. Nothing is more important than inviting my mom to my wedding. Pari says call her. Neeti says I don’t know how will she react. Neeti calls her but her phone is busy. Sukwinder says couldn’t you tell me the truth that you were going for your dream not for a guy. Neeti says to Pari that she’s so angry. Did I say no to anything to you? People question me everywhere. They taunted me. Neeti says I am sorry. You are right but I couldn’t see any other option. I am sorry I didn’t invite you to my wedding. But Pari did, we’re both one. Please come to my wedding. Rajiv says yes but why are you saying all that? Because I spoke about Pari. Rajiv sees the lunchbox on the table. He recalls Pari cooking for him. Rajiv dials her number. He says I can’t think about her. I am marrying the girl I love. His boss calls him. Rajiv leaves. Neeti asks people if her hands are cold. Neeti says I spoke to mummy but I didn’t tell you one thing. But Sanju and I didn’t tell anyone about our wedding. We thought we will do a court marriage but mummy wants a complete Punjabi wedding. Pari says you also always wanted a Punjabi wedding. Neeti says yes you’re right. Neeti says you will do all the arrangements. You’re my wedding planner. Pari says I will do it for free. Neeti says you can do it as a profession. You can start with my wedding. Rajiv will also be so proud of you. Pari says okay I will do it. Neeti hugs her and says thank you.
