Jaswant announces that the wedding will happen as per planned in Mukhiya ji’s haveli. Entire village will be present there.
Next morning, Gurinder glares at Parneet’s wedding card. Kavita greets her just then. I have found a great alliance for Rajeev. You will be very happy. Gurinder shows the wedding invite to her. I will be attending it tomorrow. Kavita asks her why she is going there when her proposal was rejected. Gurinder says I want to see the guy Jaswant has chosen for Parneet. I am going there to make him realize that he has made a grave mistake by rejecting my Rajeev.
Gurpreet tells Parneet to get ready.
Rajeev asks his mother whose wedding they are going to attend. She tells him to go there and see for himself. He is confused. No one can understand you. She smiles. We must be there before the baraat arrives.
Gurpreet tells Parneet to get ready and come out asap. She heads downstairs. Parneet thinks of Rajeev. Who are you? Where are you? What’s your name? I know nothing about you but I am positive hat we share something which is why God brought us together. You helped me without knowing anything. I wish I can meet you again so I can at least thank you. She prays to God.
Parneet’s cousin asks Beeji to alter her suit a little. Beeji agrees. Take Parneet to gurudwara first. She must be feeling sad as Neeti isn’t here. Take the wedding dress too for blessing. Harman is waiting in the backside as Vikram is busy with the wedding arrangements.
Jaswant thanks Mukhiya ji for giving their haveli to them for the wedding. He is more than happy to oblige. Where is Parneet? Beeji shares that she went to gurudwara. She will be home soon. Mukhiya ji appreciates the idea.
Mandeep asks Gurpreet about Harman. Gurpreet shares that Harman took Parneet to gurudwara.
Gurinder and Rajeev reach the venue. Rajeev tells his mother that nothing is ready yet. They are still busy with decor. He goes aside to attend a call. Parneet enters just then. They collide as he turns without looking up from his phone. He saves her dress from falling. I saved you! Parneet smiles as soon as she looks at him. Rajeev looks up and is surprised to see her. Parneet’s cousin tells Parneet to hurry up. You have to get ready for the wedding. Rajeev says it is good that you dint marry that rascal. All the best. He notices the look on Parneet’s cousin’s face and says you seem to be impressed with me. I don’t play cricket though. It was just an easy catch. He goes. Parneet’s cousin notices Parneet looking at Rajeev sweetly.
Gurinder sits with Kavita. Kavita says I thought you wont come but Gurinder says I came here to make them jealous. They sent me the wedding card. It is my turn now. I want to see who this Varun is for whom they rejected my son. They will regret their choice! I will prove it today itself that they made a wrong decision by rejecting Rajeev! Kavita tells her to speak slowly. Don’t talk about revenge in a wedding. Everyone has their own choice. Gurinder says I don’t think my son should have been rejected at all. Rajeev and Parneet are the best fit for each other.
Parneet’s cousin tells Parneet that this guy is way better than Varun. I wish he was your groom! Parneet is pleasantly surprised. The men put the wedding banner there just then. Parneet walks away mumbling to herself. Why am I thinking about him when I am getting married to someone else? Rajeev asks her to return his heart to him. Parneet stops in her tracks in shock. Rajeev repeats his words but then corrects himself. My phone is in your plate. I put it there by mistake while saving you. Can I take it? She nods. Parneet’s cousin asks him if he is married. He says no. Do you want to get married? She shakes her head. He asks her why she is asking this question then. She stops for a second but then says there is someone who is very right for you.
Parneet is thinking about what just happened outside. Mandeep brings jewellery for her and notices her lost. Parneet doesn’t say anything. Mandeep thinks that it must be because she dint let her marry Rajeev. Gurpreet brings anklets and toe rings for Parneet. Mandeep is heading out of the room when Parneet tells her that she cannot get ready. Mandeep stops. Gurpreet asks Parneet what happened. Parneet says Neeti promised to get me ready. Flashback of a childhood incident is shown where Neeti and Parneet had promised to help each other get ready just like that day (in childhood). Parneet says I wont marry till the time Neeti gets me ready. Mandeep reminds her of Jaswant’s words. You have lost your mind! Gurpreet sends her outside. I will bring Parneet. Mandeep leaves.
Gurpreet tells Parneet that she and Neeti are same for her. I can understand that there must be a reason why she left everything behind. It isn’t possible that everyone will be with us forever. People might have to leave for different reasons but that doesn’t mean that they leave for forever. Neeti will be with you forever. She will be very happy for you. Parneet refuses to get ready or marry without Neeti. Gurpreet asks her again. Tejo greets Gurpreet just then. Gurpreet hugs her. She introduces her to Parneet. Tejo says Neeti isn’t here either so I had to come. Everyone in Barnala knows about it. She tells Parneet that she wasn’t ready to come here as she has been going through so much already but I think God has sent me here for you. Consider me your friend. I can help you get ready. Every relation begins some day. This is good for us. I am missing my sister just like you are missing your best friend. She isn’t my sister anymore. She stops mid sentence and changes the topic. Will you make my friend? Parneet accepts her hand shake. Tejo says Neeti is always with you in your heart like your mom said. Gurpreet thanks her and heads out.
Rajeev notices Parneet’s cousin arguing with his cousin. What drama is this now? She asks Parneet‘s cousin why he was sitting on the railing because of which the garlands fell. Rajeev asks them what the matter is. She asks him his name and he tells her. She says Mr. Handsome suits you. Your monkey cousin has ruined the decor. Rajeev seconds her which irks his cousin. Rajeev’s cousin asks Rajeev why he is siding with her. She jokes that he could have called his cousin double handsome. That could have worked for you. Vikram asks his sister what’s going on here. She complains to him but Rajeev says it is our fault. Vikram tells his sister to not bother the guests. Rajeev’s cousin complains to Vikram. Rajeev offers to fix the mess. Vikram happily agrees. Rajeev sends his cousin upstairs. Parneet’s cousin tells Rajeev that he should have sent his alliance to their house. You and Parneet Di will look great together. He is taken aback by her reply. His cousin comes back just then. She calls him monkey again and walks away. Rajeev takes him upstairs to fix the flowers. Mandeep notices him and panics. I must not let this guy ruin the marriage. She collides with Beeji and apologizes. Harman asks her to bring the garlands but she refuses. She takes him aside to talk to him.
Nupur comes to take Parneet downstairs. She complements Parneet. You look amazing! Tejo says she is bound to look beautiful as she is beautiful. I will bring her downstairs. Nupur goes. Parneet starts heading out herself. Tejo refrains herself from calling out to her from behind. It is inauspicious. Parneet collides with Rajeev because of the workers. He holds her just in time. They share an eye lock.
Precap: Rajeev complements Parneet. You look beautiful in the wedding dress. Tejo tells Parneet her face clearly shows that she is in love with that guy (Rajeev). Rajeev is fixing the flowers when the garland slips and lands around Parneet’s neck. Gurpreet witnesses it. Rajeev apologizes to Parneet. It was by mistake. Rakesh finds out about Parneet’s wedding and vows that it can never happen till the time he is around. Someone intervenes in the wedding.
