Parichay 27th November 2012 Written Update

KUNAL’S ROOM:

BA brings tea n asks forgiveness from Kunal saying that he wont repeat it again.Kunal says if he even has any idea as to what extent Diwans can stoop to win the case,if they win,that means he’ll loose BA forever.BA says that he just wanted to talk to CA n find out if he even knows abt this case but he did a mistake by going there.He asks Kunal to forgive him otherwise he feels that like his mom Kunal is also leaving him.Kunal says that BA is a part of him n he cant live without him.He scolded him b’coz he was afraid of loosing him,he assures BA that he wont scold him anymore n forgives him saying that he should inform him before going out.BA promises Kunal.

DIWAN’S HOUSE:

Siddhi remembers Abhay warning her that he’ll kill both Anands if she helps Kunal.She thinks that she cant say anything against Abhay in court,if Kunal looses the case he’ll loose both his sons but if he wins then Abhay will kill both Anands n she cant let that happen.She decides to call Kunal n ask him to leave custody case of CA then only Abhay wont do anything.Kunal doesnt receive her call.

CHOPRAS LIVING ROOM:

Kunal getting ready for court.Seema comes to do aarti,BA asks to do aarti for him also as he too is going with Kunal.Kunal says that not to do his aarti,even though god may or may not be with him but he has to win the case at any cost.Veena says not to talk like that n whatever god does its for their well being only.Kunal says that he doesnt have trust in god n whatever has to be done now he’ll only has to do.BA prays god to forgive his dad for what he said as he’s in tension n prays to be by his dad’s side n not to break his heart,he goes to Kunal n says that there’s something on his forehead n puts maang tika on Kunal.

AT COURT:

Diwans already present.Siddhi thinks that she should talk to Kunal n tell him to back off from the case.Chopras come to the court.Siddhi tries to go to Kunal,but Sulekha stops her.

Kunal-Abhay face off:Abhay says that Kunal appears to be very confident,Kunal says whatever may be the situation,he’s always confident.He tells Abhay to take back the case as there’s still time.Abhay says that whenever he talks nicely, people think its his weakness n wishes Good luck to Chopras n mocks that The great Kunal Chopra doesnt need good luck so he thought of wishing other Chopras.Kunal tells him to keep his wishes with him only b’coz when he cant get through with his evidences n fake witnesses then these wishes may help him n leaves.

Siddhi goes to Kunal n asks him to listen to her once.Kunal asks if she came 2 ask him to take the case back n give Anand’s custody to her n Abhay.Siddhi says that she doesnt want that to happen,she wants BA to stay with Kunal,infact she wishes that case should get dismissed so that both Anands will be with their respective parents.She knows how much BA loves him n he cant stay without him n requests him to trust her.

Kunal says if she’s kidding,after all what she has done to him,she’s expecting him to trust her which he’ll never do.What she wishes will never happen n everything will happen as per his wish.He doesnt know how close she’s to CA,but its evident that she has the fear of loosing him n that itself will be her punishment,so that she too will experience as to what it feels to stay with memories of their beloved one n even more difficult thing to go through is when your beloved comes into your life again n cheats them again n leaves them.Kunal says that now he’ll complete the game which she started n tells her to go n tell Abhay to use whatever money n power he has but he’ll not withdraw the case which is his 1st step towards getting his son(CA) back.

Siddhi tells him not to bring his ego in between n to listen to her.Kunal says that its not his ego but his love for his son n hatred for her,until he snatches everything from her he wont stop,n tells her to cry as much as she can but now he’ll never forgive her n leaves from there.Siddhi gets flashes of Abhay threatening to kill CA,her assurance to BA,Abhay threatening her that he’ll kill both Anands if she goes against him in court.

Richa comes to Kunal n acts as if she just came to know that Siddhi filed for custody of BA n her dad is Siddhi’s lawyer. When she came to know about it,she tried to convince her dad but he didnt listen.She says that even if the whole world is against him, she’ll be always there to support him,She knows that he’ll only win the case,Siddhi can never live happily as she has hurt him.Kunal says that if she’s done with her speech.She says to listen to her atleast once,her dad is against her but not her,she’ll be always be with him to support him.Kunal says that he doesnt need her support n he knows her n Daddy T very well,if she thinks he’s a fool who doesnt know that who would have suggested Daddy T’s name to Abhay.He tells her that he doesnt have time to listen to her fake concern as he has to prepare for his son’s case n leaves.

Richa says to herself that the more you hurt me,the more you’ll be in problems,by behaving like this with me,you have increased your chances of loosing the case.Now you’ll loose the case n you yourself will be responsible for that.

Veena tells Seema that she’s afraid about the case n she cant live without BA.Seema says not 2 worry n to keep trust on Kunal.Veena says though she trusts Kunal she doesnt trust their fate.She sees Siddhi with Sulekha n decides to talk to Siddhi.Seema says its of no use,when she didnt care for Kunal then why’ll she listen 2 her.Veena says she’ll listen to her n goes to Siddhi,takes Sulekha’s permission to talk to Siddhi in private.

Veena tells Siddhi not to worry as she didnt come to scold her but to say sorry to her.She tried hard to be brave but she’s unable to be so.Siddhi herself is a mother then why is she doing all this.She says that she lost it to Siddhi n she isnt there to decide who is right n who’s wrong ,she’s just accepting her defeat.Whatever decisions Siddhi has taken till now (leaving Kunal,marrying another person,filing cases on them) she’ll accept them,she’ll forgive her n pray for her well being throughout her life but she just want one thing in return –BA,who is not just grandson for her but her own son,Anand,he’s everything to them n they cant live without him n pleads her not to snatch him from them

PRECAP:
Abhay giving psycho looks to Siddhi,calls CA n asks if he’s enjoying his camp.Sulekha too watching them.CA says that he’s enjoying alot n they should always visit that hill station.Abhay tells him to be careful about the heights.Siddhi worried.
