Parichay 25th June 2012 Written Update

Epi starts with Siddhi confessing that its Kunal who was driving the car.Thakral says that he has no more questions,Kunal too says the same.Siddhi goes.Thakral says that since both Kunal n Siddhi confessed the same,they must be right as both husband-wife never lie.He says Kunal was driving the car,Siddhi is innocent then there is no point in going forward with this case as they can’t proceed the case on innocent person,he lost the case n taking back his case.All surprised n happy including Siddhi,except Kunal who’s surprised in disbelief.Judge asks if Thakral is sure about withdrawing his case n he gives judgement that since accusation side has withdrawn their case Siddhi is free from Rohit’s murder’s charges n court dismisses Rohit’s murder case.

Thakral objects saying that he has withdraw case agaist Siddhi but its true that his son is murdered n till the culprit is punished his son’s soul can’t rest in peace n the real culprit is Kunal chopra.Richa gets up n shouts Dad,Thakral warns her to keep quiet.Thakral says that even small truth can’t be hidden for long,till y’day the truth which Kunal chopra has been trying to hide has come out in open today.Kunal himself confessed that he was driving the car which means he murdered Rohit,Kunal is such a lawyer who always made mockery of law,misused his law skills, n requests Judge to punish Kunal for this crime so that others too will learn lesson from this.

Kunal claps n says now he got it as why Thakral was late to the court,he must be preparing this speech.He tells judge that 1st Thakral accused Siddhi of Rohit’s murder,provided evidences to the court against her n he reminds Thakral that he has confessed that he was driving the car n did not confess that he murdered Rohit.If now he says that some one else is driving the car,does that mean that person is murderer n will he submit evidences against that person also.Whoever is driving the car,whether he knows Rohit or not he is the murderer,if that’s what Thakral want to prove,if it is so where is the motive for murder.Thakral confused.Kunal says that seems like Thakral’s real enemy is Kunal’s car,whoever drives the car is the murderer according to Thakral even though they are innocent.Thakral shouts that he’ll get him punished as he confessed that he was driving the car.

Kunal too raises his voice n says that he confessed that he was driving the car n not for murdering Rohit.He was driving the car n hit something.Thakral says it’s not something but his son,Kunal questions whats the proof that Rohit was alive when the car hit him.What if somebody has already killed him n thrown in front of the car n a person can’t be killed twice,if its so then docs daily do postmortems n should they be put in jail with murder accusations.Kunal claims that Rohit was already murdered n thrown in front of his car n then car went on him.Thakral objects that Kunal is not only making mockery of law but also his son’s death.Kunal too shouts out in anger at Thakral that he’s making mockery of law system by misusing it to take revenge on him.Thakral says that he’ll surely get him punished.Kunal too angrily says that yes the culprit will be punished but its neither Siddhi Chopra nor Kunal Chopra,the real culprit who has murdered Rohit will be punished.

Thakral says that Kunal is talking non sense as there wasn’t any 3rd person present there.Kunal says that he’s going to present a witness who’ll give answers to several q’s which weren’t raised till now in the court.Kunal tells judge that what’s the reason behind Rohit Thakral leaving his house in that storm,parking his car @ a hotel n then his body is found on the road.Kunal presents watchman Bahadur singh as his witness.

Kunal asks the watchman about his job details n informs the judge that Evershine hotel where Bahadur works is on a hill n at its foot end is the accident spot.Kunal shows Rohit’s pic n asks Bahadur if he knows him.He says that he doesn’t know the name but he booked a room in their hotel n parked his car there n gave him money for the same.Kunal says he got tip from Rohit,Bahadur says he gave him more than the usual tip.Kunal asks if Rohit stayed @ hotel on the night of accident.Bahadur says that he saw Rohit @ hotel that night.He(Bahadur) requested the manager that he wants leave,as the manager denied he was angry n went to backside of hotel to have a peg.

***FB It’s raining,Bahadur watches two guys fighting n on of them is Rohit n the other one was not shown(seems like Vikram),While fighting the other person pushes Rohit off the cliff n he falls down.FB ***Bahadur confesses that he has seen only Rohit n couldn’t see the face of the person who pushed Rohit off the cliff.Kunal asks if Bahadur has confessed this to anyone,he says no as he was poor n doesn’t want to get into police case.

Kunal tells the judge that Rohit leaves his house in rain,goes to hotel n gives more money as tip for parking,gets into fight with someone n that person pushes Rohit from the cliff,in such situation only 2 conclusions can be made-One is-May be when Rohit fell from cliff he might have lost his life due to head injury.The other may be- while pushed from cliff he might have rolled down n fallen under the car thus resulting in his death.In both situations the culprit is the person who pushed Rohit n not Siddhi Chopra or Kunal Chopra.He requests Judge to dismiss case against them n give orders to search for the person who had fight with Rohit n pushed him from the cliff.Kunal asks if Thakral wants to cross examine his witness,while Thakral is going he whispers to take back the case as it won’t be good for his record if he looses the case.Thakral says that the case is not yet over.

Thakral asks Bahadur what he has seen on that night,Kunal objects that Bahadur has already given his witness.Thakral says that he just replied to what he was asked,Thakral smirks at Kunal n says that he’ll speak the real truth now.Judge over rules Kunal’s objection.Thakral asks if he has seen the other person,he says no as it was dark n raining heavily he couldn’t see the other person.Thakral asks how could he see only Rohit’s face in that rain n darkness.Bahadur says that the other person’s back was towards him so he could’t see his face.Thakral asks if he has seen them fighting then why didn’t he stop as it was his duty as the watchman of hotel.Kunal objects to that as the witness is being mislead by Thakral.Thakral says he isn’t misleading but this Witness is misleading them.Judge over rules the ojection.

Thakral starts asking non stop q’s as why he didn’t stop,was he waiting for something big to happen or there wasn’t any third person there or Bahadur himself pushed Rohit for money.Kunal objects again,Judge over rules again.Thakral starts pouncing on Bahadur with his q’s.Bahadur says that he did’t do anything,he’s poor.Thakral blames Bahadur for killing Rohit for money.He keeps on repeating the same thing again n again,Bahadur who’s already afraid stammers.Thakral again blames that Bahadur pushed Rohit as Kunal gave him money to do so.Kunal objects that he didn’t give any money to Bahadur.Thakral presents some money which has Kunal’s finger prints on them n forensic report.He also presents pics of Kunal with Bahadur n accuses Kunal for threatening Bahadur to not tell the truth.All shocked,Kunal sits silently getting flashes of how he talked to Bahadur @ hotel.

Thakral still shouting @ Bahadur for taking money from Kunal n killing Rohit,Bahadur denying.Kunal confused.Thakral still asking the same Bahadur denying n @ the end he says that it’s Kunal who pushed Rohit,who gave him money,who threatened him to give false witness.All Chopras n Richa shocked.Thakral asks Bahadur to see Kunal properly n confirm if he is the one who pushed Rohit.Bahadur says yes.Kunal objects that witness is being forced to lie.Thakral says that what Bahadur said before is false,he started to speak the truth now only.Kunal says to Judge that he’s being trapped in false case n turns to Bahadur n asks him why isn’t he speaking the truth which he told him.Bahadur cries that he’s speaking the truth-that night Rohit was crying out to leave him but Kunal kept on beating him n pushed him off the cliff n left him to die.Kunal shocked.

PRECAP: Thakral saying that Kunal Chopra killed Rohit Thakral,if Kunal still doesn’t accept it,he has eye witness who has seen how Kunal killed Rohit n after that Court won’t have any objection to give Death penalty to Kunal.
