Parichay 13th September 2012 Written Update

Scene 1:
Location: Dewan office
The episode starts with kuanl tauntingly answering siddhi that he woudnt get his family to avoid the embarassment and walks off leaving siddhi disturbed.

Scene 2:
Location:Summer camp
Kids are enrolling for camp and taking their shirts.Kunal’s anand collecets the t shirt and says thank you.He is instead thnaked by the staff for his father sponsoring the event,mistaking him for abhay’s son.Anand is confused and remembers his talk with kunal when his dad had expressed his concerns about expenses on the camp.However he doesnt say much and walks off with his friends who are impressed with him and his dad.Then abhay’s son comes in and asks for his tshirt,the staff tells him not to fool around as he had just collected his shirt.but adamantly anand tries to boss him off by using his father’s status and name.The staff is confused as to who was the previous anand then.

Scene 3:
Location:Chopra house
Seema is wandering around the house cursing anand for going as she is now habituated of her work being shared by anand,while the others watch her amused.Just then abhay drops in,seema introduces him to kunl’s parents.They welcome him and ask him about the party that he had come to invite them in as kunal had forgotten to being busy in his work.he tells them about it and urges them to come,but not tell kunal anything about it so as to surprise him.his family agrees and aftr he leaves praises him for his humility.

Scene 3:
Location: Party venue
Kunal and siddhi are looking after party arrangements but are aware of each other’s presence.They look at each other and are reminded of the time they shared together.When siddhi trips accidentally he holds her to prevent her from falling.Kunal replies to her thanking by saying that he did not have the right to hold her and is sorry for that and walks off.Siddhi looks on remembering her marriage with him.Just then sulekha comes in and comments on kunal’s good nature.Sensing siddhi lost at the mention she goes on to tell him to move on and says that this kunal seems far better than the person who she describes as her husband.Siddhi dumbfoundedly keeps looking at kunal.

Scene 4:
Location:Summer camp
Abhay’s anand hasnt met kunal’s anand yet but is conspiring with his friends against him and wants to take his revnege in the camp at him,for winning the competition by defeating him.

Scene 5:
Location:Party Venue
Kunal’s family is welcomed at the party by abhay.They are wondering how he would react on seeing his family here.Kunal sees them from the balcony and deduces that abhay musthave called them and wonders how they would react if they see siddhi.Meanwhile abhay offers to introduce siddhi to his eager parents and excuses himself to call her.

Kunal eneters siddhi’s room by mistake when she is wearing a sari.She immediately turns away in shock.he too apologizes and looks away.They are reminded when a similar incident happened when they were together.Once she is done he informs her that his parents have come on abhay’s insistence and begs her not to go and meet them as he is not sure of their reaction and doesnt want to hurt their feelings.She is presumed to ave gone far away and its better that ways.saying this,he leaves.

He goes on to meet his parents who give him a surprise but he id fidgety and wants top get them out of here and cooks up stories so that nothing unfortunate happens.Meanwhile siddhi trying to persuade abhay into avoiding meeting his parent’ but in vain.they finally meet each other and kunal’s family is shocked.After exchanging awkward greetings ,she walks away with abhay to see other guests as kunal watches on.when she’s gone,he is reprimanded by his family for not telling them the reason behind his leaving the job.But he says that situations have changed,she has changed,its time for him to change now and that he would no longer be an escapist.

Abhay calls kunal to meet his guests along with siddhi.after spending some time,he excuses himself to mingle with others and accidentally bumps into a waiter but siddhi pretends not to notice but is affected.He is thinking that she met his family despite him telling her not to,wondering what is she up to?

His family is discussing the effect this si going to have on kunal.gaurav is thinking from a profit point of view that kunal would flourish by siddhi’s name and fame now.He is rebuked by his wife seema for being so callous.veena is bothered that this might affect him.

A wandering kunal is stopped by siddhi and she apologizes for meeting his family on abhay’s insistence.he rebukes her as usual for not knowing whats hurting him more,she doing things intentionally for caring or abhay more than him and walks off.But she says to herself that she’s still the same siddhi who used to love being with her husband and family like 9 years ago,who wants her son to be like his dad.And again wonders that richa is absent and she never attends any happy event in either kunal or anand’s life.Abhay comes up from behind and asks her to celebrate and not be lost in her own world.

Meanwhile kunal is advised by his family to be strong or leave the job.when he denies doing that,he is praised for his courage to stand upto someone who betrayed her so bad.

Abhay welcomes and thanks everyone for attending the party and begins the celebration with champagne.he gives a glass to kunal,he tries to give siddhi a drink despite her protests.This angers kunal very badly and he goes to the bar and starts drinking profusely.Abhay backs down when sulekha tells him not to force her.But he gets her to the dance floor and asks her to dance with him.Kunal’s family is scornfully watching.Kunal turns and finds them dancing.he loses his temper and shoves abhay away,when abhay asks if he’s okay,he shushes him with his hand and says only he can dance with siddhi as she’s belongs to him only and pulls her close to him with his family watching.His father tries to pacify abhay saying that he’s doing this under the influence of alcohol and is normally not like that.Siddhi tells kunal to loosen his grip as it paining,but he continues saying that he has borne this pain of her torture for 9 years,she could bear it for some time.They are reminded of the sweet memories of their time together.the screen freezes on them dancing.
