Parichay 13th August 2012 Written Update

The episode starts with Siddhi packing and getting ready to leave. Sulekha asks her to rethink her decision and Siddhi says she doesn’t want to stay back. Siddhi says she wants to reform Anand Jr. and wants to make him the kind of person she wanted him to become.

Back in Chopra house, Anand Sr. is discussing the court case with Sethi Uncle. Sethi Uncle asks Anand Sr. If Kunal will fight his case, Anand Sr. says he is sure that Kunal will definitely fight his case and asks him If Sethi has any problems with it? Sethi says he knows If Kunal fights his case; he has already won the case as the other party will withdraw their case upon seeing Kunal as their position lawyer, but this is only possible when Kunal says yeas to this case. Raj says that Sethi won’t find another lawyer so soon and even If he does, he won’t be as good as Kunal. Sethi agrees and asks about Kunal’s fees. Anand Sr. says that the fees would be 15,000 rupees and Sethi doesn’t have to pay them cash as he can deduct it from their monthly rent. Sethi asks Raj if Anand Sr. is joking as the fee is so low. Anand Sr. says that they are charging them low fees because for this case all Kunal has to do is appear in the court and he will win the case. Sethi agrees and leaves.

Anand Sr. is ecstatic and comes running to Kunal. Kunal asks him if he has signed 10 million rupees deal? Anand informs Kunal about the case he has fixed for Kunal with Sethi uncle. Anand tells Kunal that now Gaurav chachu won’t taunt him about the rent as Kunal’s fees will be one month’s rent. Kunal says Gaurav will never be happy even if they buy him a bungalow; compares him with dog’s tail. Anand tells Kunal that the case hearing is next week and tries to convince him to take up the case, but Kunal says he is not interested in any case. Anand Sr. puts Kunal hand on his head and asks him – If he won’t do this even for him. On the other side, Sulekha tries to convince Siddhi not to leave the house. Siddhi refuses. Anand Jr. refuses to go with Siddhi and tells her not to touch him and to stay away from him. He also said that If she forces him, he will file a case on her.

Back at Chopra house, Anand still tries to convince Kunal to fight the case as he has already promised everyone that he will do so and ask him not to disappoint him. Back at Diwan house, Anand Jr. asks Siddhi if she can provide him all the luxuries that he currently has. He further says that he only calls her mom because Sulekha forces him to do so. He continues that he has lived without her thus far and will do the same going forward as well as he wants to stay with his dad and not with her. Sulekha stops him and asks him to say sorry to Siddhi, but he refuses and says Siddhi should apologies to him and not vise-versa as Siddhi is no one to him and shouldn’t order him around. Siddhi is hurt and runs behind Anand Jr., but he slams his door at her.
Back at Chopra house, Anand Sr. pleads Kunal to take up the case otherwise he will lose in front of his family members. Kunal again refuses, but Anand Sr. keeps pleading him to take up the case. Anand Sr. says Kunal should fight the case like Sunny Deol did with Amrish Puri in Ghayal. Kunal says If he is Anand Sr. father or his home theater system as at times he asks him to mouth hero’s dialog and now he is asking him to act like a hero and then he does a TV gig about some show being shown on Thursdays(very funny scenes, best of the episode). Kunal says in his home theater system, all other movies will be played except the court ones. Anand still tries to convince him as he has promised Gaurav Chachu. Kunal tells Anand that since he has promised Gaurav, he should fulfill it too. Seema comes there and asks Anand Sr. if he has seen Ishani’s math books, Anand Sr. says he has and he will give it to her and stands up then sits down again and tells Kunal “Oye mere Sunny Deol, court date agale hafte ki hai; Black coat nikal lio aur saaf karwa lio (OMG, he speaks just like Kunal ), Kunal replies in Sunny Deol style by saying “Oye mere Amrish Puri, court nahi jaunga; tu chale jaaio aur coat bhi tu hi saaf kara lio” (, a great father son scene). Anand Sr. says we will see and leaves. Kunal says Meri Billi mujhi se meow, huh.

Anand Sr. finds the book for Seema and Seema tells him – she doesn’t think Kunal will fight the case as he has promised Gaurav. Anand says he will make sure that his promise to Gaurav about Kunal earning money for rent is fulfilled. Seema says how will he fulfill his promise if Kunal doesn’t even fight the case? Anand says he promised Gaurav because he knows Kunal loves him the most and will never disappoint him. Seema says she is very proud of him as he has matured a lot. Seema asks Anand Sr. If he is planning to emotionally blackmail Kunal? Anand says, he is not going to emotionally blackmail him, but he will use his emotions at the right place. He says it’s difficult with the first case, but after Kunal wins is successful the first time around and will hear praises from everyone, he will take up more cases and one day he will once again become the great Kunal Chopra ‘ the best lawyer. Seema says she wants Kunal to lose the first case as the defeat inspires him more than the praises. If he loses the first case, his ego will be hurt and will fight another case just to prove himself. Anand is happy hearing this as even if Kunal loses this case, he will fight many more cases after that and will once again become the great lawyer Kunal Chopra. Seema says she will help Anand Sr. that Kunal reaches the court for his first hearing.

At Diwan house, Anand Jr. and Ronit are having some light moments. Ronit asks Anand Jr. Why has he called him from the office and says not to mind Sulekha’s scolding’s. Anand Jr. tells him it’s not Sulekha who he has problem with, but the other lady. He tells Ronit the whole story and Ronit says he will talk to Sulekha about it.

Back at Chopra House, Anokhi is wearing a short red dress and showing it off to her family members. The two sisters have some nok-jhok about the short dress. Kunal comes from outside and calls Anokhi beauty queen which makes Anokhi very happy. She asks Kunal how is she looking? Kunal says she is looking more beautiful than Aishwarys Rai, like Miss Universe and goes out. As Kunal is leaving, Gaurav comes home and gets angry at Anoklhi for wearing such a short dress. Anokhi says she will exchange the dress tomorrow and all agree with her.

In Anand Sr. room, Ishani, Anokhi, and Anand are having fun and Anokhi says she will wear the dress secretly like she always does. Anand Sr. asks her what does she mean and Anokhi says she will tell him once he starts to go to colleague. Anand Sr. Asks Ishani what Anokhi meant, but Ishani says she doesn’t know. Anand Sr. says that mean Ishani sits on the front bench and Anokhi on the last bench .

At Diwan house, Ronit asks Sulekha about Siddhi and asks why she is taking Anand with her? He says he will kick her out right now, but Sulekha says if she leaves, she will legally take Anand Jr. with her because she is his mother. Sulekha tells him about Siddhi in detail. She says they have spoilt Anand Jr. and that’s why he is misbehaving with his mother as well. Episode ends.

Precap: Ronit is giving money to Kunal for helping him push his car. Kunal gives him back his money and says he doesn’t take money for favors and a simple Thank you would have been enough and leaves. Ronit says thank you to Kunal and says to himself Interesting man.
