he episode starts with Krishna & sudama in childhood having food in village from guru mata as he is asking her for butter & she tells him for you I have lot of butter so I’ll bring that too but to first have food. Kanha takes food grains tied in a cloth & goes from there while sudama is in confusion & mata also thinks where they wen’t.
A poor old woman is crying in front of mahadev’s kund while kanha comes asking her for dry wood so she happily shows him & he tells her I will purchase from you & she happily says to take this & he gives her grains so as kanha leaves sudama sees this & gets impressed while poor woman praises mahadev for this saying I got the value of my dry wood.
Sudama is in jungles chanting mantra of Krishna

& Krishna talks about the past which was never thought that sudama could get affected & also that poor woman kept those grains stored in such a away that they were her life’s earnings.
The poor woman says I feel like Narayan himself had come to help me so theses grains will be kept for Pooja & will have this so that if he accepts then may be tomorrow somebody will come to purchase my wood. As woman sleeps some thieves come to steal her bag & she shouts to all for help while she cries about her grains too has been stolen. All villagers are searching them while they decide they will go near the ashram & hide there & as the path is free then will take again but as they hide somewhere so villagers reach at that place. Guru mata comes out of her hut asking what happened so they tell her some thieves had passed from here so she says I did not notice but she finds the bag & thinks must be about kanha who forgets when having food & she keeps inside.
Sudama is praying near the river after having bath & kanha tells him if your Pooja is completed then can we think about food then he says lets go to ashram but he says not ashram but there are so much jamun’s on the trees so we can have those then sudama says I get tired plucking jamuns for you & he talks jokingly with him. Sudama tells him today I have to learn lessons from gurudev so not possible now & kanha tells him fine if this is your friendship then I am ok with it but he hides his clothes while sudama is behind him to take clothes also saying in your friendship I can sacrifice my life for you in what gurudev has taught me & asks forgiveness from kanha saying I have to go to gurudev anyhow.
Guru mata is searching kanha outside her hut feeling he must have gone in jungles without eating anything. Sudama comes in gurudev’s ashram & all students are asking him where are your clothes so he tells them kanha took from me & mata gives him food to give to kanha & she also says sudama’s friendship with kanha has ultimate love.
Kanha is helped by other friends for plucking jamun while his friend tell him to keep that cloth aside so he tells him this is my sudama’s cloth & I won’t keep this aside. Sudama comes & tells him I have brought food for you so he takes food while sudama tells him I will bring water for you & as he goes to bring water he sees the poor woman crying & he understands that same poor woman whom kanha had given grains so he asks her what happened & can I help you so she tells him how can you help me as some child had given me grains yesterday which is stolen & sudama is thinking as he understands that those thieves who had stolen had thrown in ashram which is ultimately in hands of kanha & as he tells her I will bring food for you so she says no but she curses those who stole her grains stating who ever will eat those grains will become poor for his lifetime & sudama gets confused & he runs towards kanha to stop him by eating those grains or kanha will be affected while kanha takes out the grains suddenly snatches the bag from kanha’s hands saying I won’t allow you to eat these but he says why are you doing this as are you annoyed because I ate your jamun’s yesterday so he says no but I won’t give this to eat you so sudama runs & kahna follows him but sudama climbs the tree also thinking how to explain you kanha as these grains are affected by curse now & if this curse affects you then I can’t be alive & this world will be affected. Kanha tells him if you don’t come down then I will come up & he thinks saying I won’t allow you to eat these grains if at all I become poor in my life & he himself starts eating while kanha looking very strangely towards him.
Sudama is praying in the jungles chanting mantra of Krishna while Krishna is thinking about the past when he had ate those grains & accepted my poorness on him but I can’t clear your curse till time you do not give me those grains in dwarka.

Precap: Radha is telling Krishna to have food so he says my friend is coming so to wait as I will take those grains first while guard comes telling Krishna that a poor brahman has come on doors asking to meet you but all his clothes are torn so he asks to state clearly & sudama tells them to inform shrikrishna that his friend sudama has come as krishna is happy.
