Pallavi Gupta in MTV Webbed

Yesterday, we wrote about how Karishma Sharma miffed Balaji Telefilms’ officials by quitting the show without any notification and going on to sign MTV Webbed.

Now the episode that Karishma is a part of will also have the cute and talented Pallavi Gupta (Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha 2) playing the lead.

The tale will be based on these two girls who will play sisters. Pallavi will be seen as the elder one who will get married after a long struggle. But her husband (played by a newbie Arjun) will turn out to be a lecher and set his evil eye on his sister-in-law.

The man will start molesting his wife’s younger sister and not wanting to ruin her sister’s marriage the girl will bear all the injustice. How the young girl gets tormented and tortured will be for the viewers to see.

Talking on the same Pallavi shares, “It was a great time shooting for the episode. I feel episodes give you a chance to portray a much natural act rather than the high end dramatic mode in daily shows. Also the characters are very real and interesting.”

The episode will air tomorrow (27 July).
