“One should enjoy summers” : Divyaalakshmi

Summer is here and the rise in mercury has made everyone start feeling the heat. Our TV celebs too are not spared and they follow some tips to take care of their skin and health during summers. We speaks to your favorite celeb to know more about their summer choice and the tips they follow to stay cool during summers.
Today we got in touch with the beautiful and bubbly actress Divyaalakshmi who is currently seen as Sajja Bai in Sony TV’s popular show Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap. Here is Divyalakshmi sharing about her likes and dislikes about summers along with giving tips to her fans.
Do you like anything about summers?
Generally, people don’t like summers but I love summers. I can have chilled water without having fear of getting caught with cold. I can be more in water. This makes me love summers a lot. I can wear some nice summer dresses and mostly of cotton clothes.
Summers are meant for… To be in the water, more of sunscreen lotion, wearing cotton and beautiful colored clothes.
The perfect summer wear for me is… Short dresses with light yellow, green, orange or other summer colored dresses. I also love to wear short cute white dresses.
Shooting during summer is… It’s difficult especially while doing a historical show. Its so hot in Gujarat but it’s always enjoyable for me. I think we should enjoy summers and every season should be enjoyed.
Things I carry along during summer… Sunscreen lotion, sunglasses, deos, talcum powder, perfumes and my hats. I have a good collection of hats.
My favorite summer drink is… Watermelon juice and orange juice.
My travel destination during summer is… I love to go to the beaches and I am planning to go to Seychelles and London.
My beauty regime during summer is… I apply very less make up and go for regular anti tan clean up. I also apply Aloe Vera gel on my face. I am fond of lipsticks so I use them instead of apply other make ups. I also use homemade Ubtan which I prepare at my home with Curd, Turmeric, Besan, Kesar and Rose water.
My diet during summer is… I have lots of water, sprouts, fruits like orange and watermelon and bitter fruit.
My fitness regime during summer is… There is nothing as such which I do especially for summers only but I do yoga, meditation and belly dancing every day.
One summer tip for your fans… Have lots of water and have water melon and apply less make up during summers.
