Scene 1
Announcer welcomes everyone to functions. One man says to Tunee that Tettar has done great work, he has brought lower and upper class together. Tunee says he has made us sit on other side and not sitting with us, he hasnt done something big. Nimki is eyeing guys in the function, she likes one guy, Mono says he is studying, Nimki says then he is useless. One guy comes in function, he likes girl sitting adjacent to him in higher class VIP area, he writes a note and passes it to her, it falls down, girl is about to take it but Tettar’s family arrives there. All chant for them. Nimki says look Mai is looking like a queen. Girl tries to take guy’s chit, she takes it. One boy tries to greet Mai but she shouts to not touch me, get away from me, all look on. Ritu says Mai got scared
as boy came out suddenly, he asks boy to go and eat ice cream, he leaves sadly. Performances start. One girl is performing. Mai sees Nimki looking from dressing room, Nimki greets her and hints that her necklace is looking great. Mai glares at her and looks away. Announcer says that now most beautiful girl is going to perform, welcome Nimki. Nimki comes on stage, she starts dancing to item number, all are enjoying her peppy dance, Diamond is hollaring for her, Nimki dances to Saiyyan superstar. Babbu enjoys her dance. Nimki dances infront of him, Nimki ends dance, all clap. The lover boy who gave chit to girl leaves function with girl, they romance behind the wall. In function, Tettar starts speech, he says I want everyone to be happy, I am tired and old, I want young blood to take the responsibilty, Babbu is going to serve you all now. Babbu comes on stage, Nimki and all chant for him. Ritu says best performer will get prize from Babbu, Ritu asks Nimki to come stage for best dance. Nimki comes on stage, her father says she is my daughter. Babbu takes gift, he is awkward. Nimki is about to take it but some men bring the boy who was romancing with higher class’s girl. They drag him. Ritu asks what happened? Girl’s father Soraj says I told you to not invite people of lower class, this guy from lower class touched my girl. Tettar shouts how dare you touch my higher class’s girl? Boy’s mother plead to leave him, Tettar says never, he tried to insult my honor and touched my class. He asks guard to bring his weapon, all plead him to forgive him.Ritu says let him be, we will talk in panchayat, Tettar says I am the head, to hell with panchayat. He asks his guard to crush his hand. Guards hold down boy and crushes his hand with heavy weight, all winces in pain for him,Tettar is proud and Babbu looks on. Nimki’s father Ram is pained to see it.
In village, boy’s family is crying. Nahar says to villagers that till when you people will keep bearing Tettar’s injustice? he hates peopleof lower class, he isnt like me that come to you people without seeing class and race, he crushes an innocent boy’s hand and you people didnt do anything. Tunee looks on. Nahar says we have to stop Tettar’s cruelty. Tunee comes to Nimki’s father Ram and says Nahar is provoking people against Tettar, stop him. Mauha asks if he wants to eat dinner? he says I am not hungry. Nimki says she has made your favorite dish, Ram is sad and says I am not hungry, you all eat, Tunee says please eat. Ram says dont make me crazy, leave. Nimki comes to him and says I know you are angry and I am angry on that Tettar too but we cant do anything. Tunee says yes, Tettar.. Ram glares at him. Nimki says there is no hero here who can fight that Tettar. Ram says in real life, we dont get hero, we have to fight our own fights. Nimki says and yes get your hands cut. Tanuee says you know Tettar’s power, nobody can fight him.
Babbu says to Ritu that nobody can do anything, nobody will raise voice. Ritu says if water is not creating ripples then that doesnt mean it doesnt have waves, if they get provoked then we will lose MLA’s ticket. Tettar says you want me let lower class people touch us? Ritu says you could have handled it some other day, we could have be in accident or something, and that girl from our class is not innocent too, you should have crushed her hand too. Tettar glares at him. Ritu says if this news reaches Patna.. Ritu gets Sunil, big politician’s call and says no nothing to worry, it was a small problem, trust me I will handle it, he ends call. Ritu says news have reached higher authorities, police have got to know it, Mai says now these cheap villagers went to police? Babbu says how dare they have this much guts, I will burn this whole village. Ritu says in which world you live? this is politics, there is no class or race these days but only gain, thats why you are able to get the ticket. Mai says you want to lose our dignity? Ritu says I am stuck, why you people dont understand? this politics game is different. Tettar says what had to happen happened, now you handle. Ritu says I will handle police tomorrow, dont worry, he asks Babbu to be ready. Babbu is fuming in anger.
Scene 2
In morning, Nimki checks boy’s hand whose hand was crushed. Nahar says to people that inspector didnt come, he said that he didnt have diesel, Ram says Tettar must have called him and asked him to not go. Nahar says I went to police station and threatened him to come otherwise I will go to Patna. Nahar asks people to tell police about Tettar’s injustice when they come here. Nimki says to boy that tell police you didnt touch the girl. Boy says but I touched her, she is my girlfriend, Nimki says then its good that they crushed your hand, are girls less in your village that you went for girl in higher class? Babbu arrives there, all look on.
Ritu whispers to him control your anger. Nahar asks him to get lost otherwise villagers wont spare you. He says to villagers that Tettar’s son is here, we can take revenge. Ritu says keep Babbu away from all this, he even fought against Tettar, he felt bad, he even fought his father and even said that he is leaving house. Nahar says this Ritu is a lawyer, he is playing with us, Ritu asks Babbu to take the charge. Babbu comes to the boy whose hand was crushed. Nimki says to Mauha that he is a hero. Babbu says to the boy that I am sorry for what my father did yesterday with you, he folds his hands too, all are shocked.
PRECAP- Nimki is in cab, driver says my car brokedown, she says what? a groom is coming for my wedding proposal, if I dont reach on time then I will file case on you. She gets down on road, one guy arrives there in car and says excuse me? she says who is that? Guy looks from car’s window, Nimki is mesmerized to see his looks and sophisticated style.
