Scene 1
Sia turns to see Sarla eyeing her and Shiv enjoying tea together. Sarla goes from there. Sia runs away without saying anything to Shiv.
Suman’s family sits together to have food. Paras greets Nima and asks how is she? Nima says I am fine. Do you want tea for coffee? He says tea is fine. Suman’s husband asks Nima and Bakay to find a driver for Paras. Paras says I don’t need it. His father says don’t waste your energy on driving. Babita says Paras wanted to surprise me by coming but I saw mom excited so I knew. Paras says I wanted to come back to the family. His father asks when will he join the business? Suman says let him have some off days. His father says we have got the money back which we spent on his education. Maaji says we will get money from Mitali’s family. Paras’s father says we have fixed your engagement with Mitali, she is from a rich family. If you don’t mind then should we call them over dinner? Paras sadly says I don’t mind, I will accept as you say.
Suresh’s boss Balaj calls him and says we have been working together for years. We have seen good and bad together in my career but now it’s my time. The producers think I am old now and I can’t play this game anymore. Suresh says I will do anything you ask me. Balaj says I am sorry but I can’t keep you on the job now. Sureh is stunned and begs him to not fire him, he says I earn alone in my house. If you don’t want me as an assistant then keep me as your driver. Balaj says I have a driver already who has been with me for 30 years. I don’t have a job for you but I can get you a job at my friend’s place, he needs a driver. Suresh says thank you so much, you will always be a star for me. Balaj smiles and asks him to take care.
Mania tells Nari that I lost my bracelet somewhere. Nari says where did you wear it last? Mania says I was in cute Paras’s car last. Nari says who is that?
Babita asks Paras if he found any girl in the US? Paras says no, I didn’t have time for girls. I always thought my family would choose a girl for me. Babita says but you should do a love marriage.
Mania tells Nari that he was a sweet boy, he was not rude and didn’t try to flirt with me. He is rich too. Nari says how do you know if he doesn’t have a girl in his life? Mania says any girl would be lucky to have him.
Paras tells Babita that in our Govinda family, there is no place for love. Babita says Govinda baba will become richer with your marriage. Paras puts his clothes in the cupboard and leaves Mania’s bracelet there too by mistake.
Suresh tells Sunita and Tulika that he was fired by Balaj but he has got a driver’s job for me so I am looking for my license. Tulika says I keep it in that drawer. Suresh opens it to find Mania’s purse there. Varun gets tensed. Suresh asks how did you get Mania’s purse? Varun looks on. Suresh says you were fooling me the whole day? Mania was right, you were behind all this. Tulika slaps Varun and says you have no shame. She takes him from there.
Nari tells Nima that I corrected Sir’s mistake today. Nima says you are always stubborn. Sia comes home and is tensed. Nima asks Mania to bring tea for her. She says it’s fine. Nari asks how was her office? Sia is tensed and looks away. Nima asks what happened? Sia says it must be Sarla. Mania opens the door to see Tulika and Varun standing there. Mania says what now? Suresh comes there too. Tulika asks Varun to give her items back. Varun gives back Mania’s bag. Tulika says you people can think anything about me but I thought Varun was right but he was behind all this so he will say sorry to you. Varun says why should I say sorry? Suresh says because you were wrong. Varun says I threw cow dung at her but she brought fake police to threaten us. She insulted Tulika and Sunita also. Tulika says wow, if Varun does it then it’s wrong but Mania can do anything? Mania says you stole our scooter and we had to beg people to give us time. Nari says we could have called the real police. Mania says I can complain to the police. Tulika says how dare you.. Nima asks them to calm down. Suresh says Varun started this matter by stealing the scooter, just say sorry to her. Varun looks on. Tulika asks Varun to say sorry now. Varun is shocked and says fine. I am sorry. Mania says forgiven. Varun leaves from there angrily. Tulika goes behind him. Suresh says sorry to Mania, she says it’s fine. Suresh smiles at Nima and leaves.
PRECAP – Suresh gets a driver’s job at Suman’s house. He finds Nima and tells Maaji that I can’t work here. He starts leaving but Nima stops him and if we can be strangers while living ina same neighborhood then what’s the issue in working at the same place? Suresh nods.
