Newbie Varun Mehra to play Ambar’s grown-up son in Niyati

Some major plot changes are being made in Creative Eyes’ Niyati on Sahara One, one of the most important being the jump of 15 years.

However, now we hear that the makers have roped in newbie Varun Mehra to play the grown up Duggu aka Krish.

Therefore, Varun will be seen as Ambar’s (Sachin Shroff) spoilt son and Niyati’s () brother.

He will be a student. But, since he has both money (as his father is a businessman) and power (his sister Niyati is an IPS officer) he will be seen misusing it.

We contacted Varun however he refused to comment.
