Janakinath asks Sarath who taught Swadesi poem to Subhash. Prabha says even she is questioning same. Sarath says he taught his poem to Subhi and insists Subhi to tell truth. Pramila looking at Anu says someone else also is involved. Subhi reminisces Sarath insisting him to tell that he taught him poem. Subhi says Sarath. Tauji scolds Sarath that he is infusing his ideology into Subhi and putting him into trouble. Sarath says Subhi didn’t hear this poem for the firs time, he just read it in front of Subhi once and didn’t know he would recite it in front of junior lord. Tauji warns Janaki to control his son as Richardson and Mukund must have already provokes Junior Lord.

Junior Lord fumes hearing Subhash’s swadesi poem and scolds Richardson and Mukund that they didn’t control Swadesi movement in Cuttack and is letting it become another Calcutta. He orders officer to catch Subhi and bring him here.

Prabha asks Pramila to send Anu in. Anu asks Sarath why did he take her blame on him. Pramila yells that they are putting family into trouble and even Subhi is equally responsible for reciting poem. Subhi feels guilty. Subhi then goes to school in chariot with Rono when British officer stops chariot and forcefully takes Subhi away. He takes Subhi to Anderson. Subhi gets afraid thinking Anderson will punish him. Anderson praises Subhi’s poem instead and scolds Mukund for bringing Subhi forcefully here. He asks Subhi if he knows any other poem. Subhi reminisces Dwajendra Rai’s poem and recites it. Mukund says it is another Swadesi poem. Anderson praises poem and asks who taught him. Subhi reveals Dwajendra Rai recited it as his birthday gift when he visited home. Anderson asks what about yesterday’s poem. Subhi says Sarath taught him. Anderson thinks Janaki’s whole family is encouraging swadesi moment. Janaki with Sarath reaches Anderson’s house hearing about police arresting Subhi. Subhi walks out and says Anderson didn’t punish him and instead praised his poems. Janaki and Sarath stand shocked hearing that. British officer disguised as maid enters Janaki’s house on Anderson’s order to spy on Janaki’s family.

Precap: British Officer disguised as maid requests Prabha to give him a job. Prabha agrees on Subhi’s request. Subhi tries to cut cake gifted to Anderson, but Prabha stops him. She sees maid/officer spying and asks what is he doing there.
