Nazea Hasan Sayed to enter Sony TV’s Ekk Nayi Pehchaan

Sony Entertainment Television’s Ekk Nayi Pehchaan will see the entry of Suresh Modi’s (Sooraj Tappar) daughter from his second wife.

The audience has seen the existence of another woman in Suresh’s life in Pallavi Ajmera (Padmini Kolhapure), a strong willed business woman and now they’ll get to see her daughter Shanaya.

The role of Shanaya will be essayed by the very talented Nazea Hasan Sayed (Mahabharat and Punar Vivah-2 fame). She will be stubborn yet a very affectionate child of her parents (Suresh and Pallavi).

As the story would progress the college going girl Shanaya will learn about Suresh’s other family and his wife Sharda (Poonam Dhillon). Like any other daughter she will react to this situation which will create issues in Sharda’s paradise.

When contacted the actress she said, “I will be playing different shades here for Shanaya won’t be negative, she will simply be upset with things that would unfold in front of her. She will also be an emotional person so the reaction will be obvious.”

On having got the opportunity to work with two talented women namely Padmini Kolhapure and Poonam Dhillon she averred, “I did not know how to react when I learnt that I’d be playing Padminiji’s daughter. Moreover I will also get to share screen space with Poonamji also. What else can one ask for?”

Nazea has shot for a day with Padmini and her entry episode will air sometime this week.
