Brahmadev continues describing story that Samudradev’s wealth and energy is lost slowly with samudra manthan. Samudradev’s praja requests him to stop his adamancy and accept his defeat. Samudradev shouts how dare he is to say this to his raja. Praja says Samudradev has already power and wealth and is risking even their lives, so they will not stay with him. Mahadev tells Narayan that soon Samudradev will stop protesting and send Sri to him. Bali says whatever jewel comes out of samudra manthan next will be asurs or even if Laxmi comes out next, it will be asurs. Mahadev warns him to mind his tongue. Bali says without any wealth or any benefits, asurs will not continue samudra manthan.
Sri seeing Samudradev getting more weak pleads him to stop his adamancy as she cannot see him weaker and let her go to Narayan. Samudradev does not agree. Bali orders asurs to stop samudra manthan if his demand is not fulfilled. Narayan says he accepts Bali’s demand to continue samudra manthan and whatever jewel comes out will be asur’s. Samudradev gets more weaker with mantha. Sri pleads to let her go as Narayan will not stop manthan, he has nothing left to give now. Samudradev says one more important thing is left who has more right on him than Sri. He looks at Alakshmi. Alakshmi emerges up. Bali misunderstanding her as Laxmi laughs saying Laxmi is his now. Alakshmi says it is her and who will accept her. Narayan says according to Bali’s request Alakshmi belongs to asurs now. Bali says Narayan tricked them again, he will never accept Alakshmi whether it is dharma or adharma. Alakshmi says both devs and asurs don’t want to accept her, so Narayan has to accept her. Narayan says he is bound by his promise, so he cannot accept her. Alakshmi disheartened says she must have done a big sin that nobody wants to accept her, she will keep this insult with her forever; whole universe will see that whenever she will go, wealth, prosperity and peace will vanish from there, it is her curse.
Narayan orders to restart manthan. Samudradev’s assistant informs him that praja has left him saying they don’t want to stay with an arrogant and adamant king, so he should stop his adamancy right now. Samudradev shouts never and asks him to take along Sri and her mother. Sri says she will stay with her father and mother can go. Sri tells Samudradev that she will not leave him till her last breath. Samudradev accepts his mistake and asks her go with her mother. Sri says she learnt from Narayan never to run away from her duties. Narayan says he forgot his duty and didn’t perform his daughter’s kanyadaaan and denied his duty, now he has accepted his mistake and will send Sri to Narayan.
Bali eagerly waits for next thing to emerge from manthan and says whenever Laxmi emerges, she will go with asurs. Laxmi emerges followed by Samudradev who apologizes Narayan for his mistake and says he did a mistake of seaprating Laxmi and Narayan who are together since ages, now he hands over Laxmi to Narayan and accepts their swayamvar. Naryan and his team get happy while Bali stands jealous.
