Nach Baliye Season 6 came to an end with grand finale today. 11 popular and romantic jodis have participated in the competition. Some got eliminated and some chose to opt out citing health issues. All the Top 4 jodis tried their best and showcased the best of their dancing abilities. Nach Baliye 6 has seen some good and unique performances by all the jodis who had participated in the show, despite being unwell. Among all the jodis, Rithvik- Asha and Gurmeet – Debina are the top contenders for the coveted title and have a huge fan following. It is yet to be seen if Vinod- Raksha or Ripu – Shivangi will make it to the title.
Get ready to get entertained on Nach Baliye Grand Finale. All the 11 jodis dance on the song Batameez Dil Mane Na Mane Naa…..and Zoobi Doobi Param Pum…. Sajid Khan enters, followed by Shilpa and Terrence. Celebration continues with Besharam and Batameez Dil song.
Hosts Gautam and Karan welcome the judges Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Terence Lewis and Sajid Khan on Nach Baliye season 6 Grand Finale. Gautam says, voting lines are closed and winner will be announced soon. All the 4 finalist are welcome on the stage. Gautam says, one jodi will be the winner and will take away the Nach Trophy. Karan says, winner will get Renault Duster Car.
Contestants’ quote:
Gurmeet says, it took 10 years for them to reach here. They wish to win the title.
Rithvik says, audiences’ love is with them and they are sure of their win.
Ripu says, we hope to win with hardwork.
Vinod says, we did hatrick with our performance and got standing ovation. Hope we will win.
Nach Baliye Trophy is shown. But Actually it is Raju and Kiku standing inplace of the trophy dressed in golden attire. Raju and Kiku entertains the viewers with their comedy treat.
Terrence Lewis performs on the song Hai Rama Ye Kya Hua Kyon Aise Humein Sataane Lage… from the film RANGEELA. Later he dance superbly on the song Lahu Muh Lag Gaya… from the film RAMLEELA.
Actors Vidya Balan and Farhan Akhtar come for their new film promotion “Shaadi Ke Side Effects”. Vidya says, she will announce the winner’s name after sometime.
1. Vinod Thakur and his wife Raksha Thakur:
They dance fabulously on the song Sadda Haq Aithe Rakh… from the film ROCKSTAR, Zinda Hai Toh… from the film BHAAG MILKHA BHAAG and Ishaqzade Ishaqzaade… from the film ISHAQZAADE. Their video clipping is shown.
Raksha thanks Nach Baliye and Vinod. Vinod thanks Raksha for her support. Shilpa says, I am very happy and you are winner for me. Vidya says, Nach baliye gave a role model for everyone. You are the winners for life. Farhan says, if you wins, then honour will be of Nach Baliye.
Gautam calls Ripu and Shivangi. He says, we salutes for these two couples. He gives them Dell Tab to Vinod- Raksha and Ripu – Shivangi.
CHANCE PE DANCE AWARD:
Nominations are 1. Terence Lewis as he don’t lose any chance to dance with girls. 2. Shilpa Shetty as she dances whenever she gets a chance. 3. Sajid for Robotics dance. Prize goes to Sajid Khan and he gets a belt. Sajid and Farhan dance on the Robotics.
Sajid performs Robotically on the song Pappa Jag Jaye Ga… from the film HOUSEFUL. Terence says, I am dying with happiness to see him performed. Sajid praises Farhan dancing abilities. Vidya says, I can’t believe to have seen Sajid performing. Sajid thanks everyone.
Comedian Manish Paul comes on the stage and does some comedy. Everyone laugh at his jokes. He tells about Shaadi Ke Side Effects. TV Actress Shweta Tiwari enters and says I came here to become a heroine. A teaser of the show MAD IN INDIA is shown on the screen. It is coming from 16th February at 9 pm.
2. Gurmeet Chaudhary and his wife Debina:
They dance superbly on the song Dhoom Dhoom Sar Chadi Hai Dhoom…from the film DHOOM 3, Tamanche Pe Disco….from the film BULLET RAJA. Their video clipping is shown. Gurmeet says, it is home and temple for us.
Terence says, it is amazing to see Debina’s journey as she overshadowed his performance. He wishes them. Vidya says, I have seen you holding hands and it is not shaadi ke side effects. Debina answers that it is good effects of marriage and they do hold each other hands. Shilpa asks Ankur to come on the stage and tell them about Shaadi Ke Side Effects. Ankur says, it is good but then says marriage’s other name is side effect. Vidya takes Gurmeet and Ankur’s test by showing the colors and Ankur wins.
Gurmeet and Debina get a KitKat break.
TEEN KA BEEN AWARD:
Nominations are, Rithvik – Asha and Karan, Ankur – Kanika and Bruna, Ripu – Shivangi and Food. Sajid says, Award goes to Shivangi and Ripu. Sajid asks Vidya to give baba kitchen set to Shivangi. Shivangi does some innocent comedy as usual.
Kiku, Ankur, Yash, Raju, Omar and Bruna dance on the song Tune Maari Entry Dil Me Baaji Ghanti….from the film GUNDAY.
MAXIMUM MASKA AWARD:
Nomination are, Omar, Ripu, Raju, Ankur. Terence says, this award goes to Ankur. Terence and Sajid ask Ankur to sign the cheque for them. Ankur writes Raj Kundra’s name on the cheque. Shilpa laughs.
3. Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi.
They sizzle the screen with their dance performance on the song Ram Ji Ki Chaal Dekho……from the film RAM LEELA, and also on the song Ghandi baat…..from the film R..RAJKUMAR. Their video clipping is shown.
Sajid says, you are fabulous dancers and have proved yourself with risky acts. Rithvik says, they get love from their fans and that’s why they are performing together. They hope to win the trophy.
Some of the participants perform on the song Paape Shaadi Karke Pachtaaya from the film SHAADI KE SIDE EFFECTS.
Season 5 and Season 6 girls, KANIKA, SUHASI, DIMPY and AMRAPALI come on the stage to perform on the song O Womaniya… from the film GANGS OF WASSEYPUR, Delhi Wala Agra…Ghagra….from the film YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI and also on the song Dhol Baaje… from the film RAM LEELA.
Dimpy says, I was nervous to perform on the stage with the other talented dancers. Ankur says, Dimpy’s performance was maska.
Karan says, Nach Baliye has become love nip for the romantic couple. Sunil Grover aka Chutki of MAD IN INDIA is shown with Gautam. Gautam gives her a rose. He does some comedy with Gautam. Chutki’s dad comes on the stage and Chutki sings a song for him. They promote their show.
4. Ripudaman Handa and Shivangi.
Ripu performs with his choreographer on the song Har Kisi Ko Nahi Milta Pyaar Zindagi Me…from the film Boss, and also on the song Tere Liye Hi Toh Signal Tod Tad Ke…..from the film YEH JAWAANI HAI DEEWANI.
Their video clipping is shown. Shivangi says, they reentered Nach Baliye through Wild Card Entry. Shivani couldn’t perform today.
Shilpa says, you are dark horses of the show. You are the true winners of Nach Baliye. Sajid says, if you wins then I will think my family member has win. Shivangi has a pure heart and she will be very happy. He wishes them all the best.
NAVARATAN THALI AWARD:
Nominations are: Terence Lewis, Kiku, and Shilpa Shetty. Sajid says, winner is Shilpa Shetty Kundra. He gives her a book on Shilpa Ki Shayeri. Shilpa reads the poetry.
Shilpa Shetty grooves to hit songs Pani Da Rang from VICKY DONOR, Ram Chahe Leela Chahe…. from the film RAM LEELA and also on the song Dhating Naach from PHATA POSTER NIKLA HERO. Shilpa performs the aerial act. She shakes a leg with Karan Wahi who is mesmerised by her beauty. She gets standing ovation from everyone. Terence says, you are mind blowing. Sajid says, you are outstanding. Shilpa thanks them.
Gautam informs the viewers that Star Plus shows will be coming six days a week i.e, Monday to Saturday.
Gautam says, India has witnessed Sajid Khan’s dance and Terence’s mustaches and Shilpa’s sarees collection. Gautam applauds for her sarees. Karan asks her to walk. She shakes a leg with Karan and Gautam on the song Saree Ke Fall Saa…..from the film R..RAJKUMAR.
Dancers MJ 5 perform on the song Agar Main Kahoon…from the film OM SHANTI OM, Kya Lagti Hai Haye Rabba…..from the film DULHE RAJA and also on the song Jhoom Barabar Jhoom.. from the film JHOOM BARABAR JHOOM. They get standing ovation from the judges for their fantastic performance. Terence says, air tight performance.
Karan and Gautam invites the four finalist on the stage. They dance on the song Meri Raaton Ki Neendein Udadein….from the film SARFAROSH and also on the song Nach Baliye…..from the film BUNTY AUR BABLI.
Gautam says result is with us and all the eyes are glued to the TV Screen to know the winners.
Gautam says, jodi which is on 4th position is Ripu – Shivangi. Ripu says, they are happy with audience decision but they might be happy if they win the trophy.
Jodi on 3rd position is Vinod – Raksha. Vinod says, when we came here, we were ordinary people. But our hardwork showed and we reached till here. He thanks everyone. Raksha starts crying.
Gautam says, we are feeling strange and don’t know what to say. Debina says, mixed feelings and waiting for the result. Rithvik says, prayers are going on in everyone’s mind and hopes to win. Asha says, I am waiting for the result.
Gautam announces the winner of Nach Baliye Season 6 is Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi. Gurmeet and Debina came on the 2nd position. Rithvik and Asha get a Nach Baliye trophy and Renault Duster car. Asha thanks everyone for fulfilling her dream. Rithvik thanks the audience.
Gautam says, you get 35 Lakhs Rupees cheque from Star Plus and their choreographers gets 5 Lakhs Rupees cheque. They get a gold coins and a gift hamper from Dabur Amla. They win a holiday to Australia. Gautam and Karan sign off on a positive note.
