Pratha enters Patal lok in magin form, picks amtrith kalash, and heads back towards earth. Rishabh with Reynaksh and Seema reach temple. Reynaksh and Seema are stopped by nag rekha. Rishab enters temple. Seema and Reynaksh follow him. Mahak gets worried for Pratha when patal look door is about to close and asks her to come soon. Pratha gets out of patal lok door on time and says now she will save her country. Rishabh walks in calling her. Mahak thinks Seema must have brought him here. Rishabh asks Pratha what is she doing here and where is Chanda aunty. Reynaksh with Seema walks in next. Mahak is shocked to see him alive and how is he alive when Pratha had killed him. Rishabh notices Chanda fallen unconscious under a pillar and confronts Pratha for Chanda’s condition. Pratha says there was en earthquake sometime ago here, but Chanda is fine. Reynaksh acts as worried for his Chanda and tongue lashes Pratha that she tried to harm his mother. Seema says she will not let her best friend stay here. Pratha says she cannot take Chanda from here. Rishabh warns Pratha to behave with his mother. Pratha addresses Seema by name and says Seema is not Rishabh’s real mother. Seema acts and tells Rishabh that she is his mother and loves him immensely. She murmurs at Pratha to give her amrith kalash.
Pratha asks Rishabh not to trust Seema and says Chanda is his real mother. Seema continues her acting and says she is Rishabh’s real mother. Rishabh as usual falls for her drama. Seema says she will take her best friend from here. Pratha and Mahak stop her. Seema them grips Chanda at knife’s point and warns Pratha to reveal where amtrith kalash is. Rishabh is shocked to see that. Seema accepts that Chanda is his real mother. Rishabh is more shocked to hear that and starts coughing up blood. Seema reveals that she poisoned Rishabh before coming here, recalling the incident. Rishabh falls down and says he would have happily sacrificed his life if Seema had asked him. Pratha tells Rishabh that nothing will happen to him and keeps his head on her lap. Seema says this poison is a life for nagins and death for humans like Rishabh. Rishabh recalls the quality moments he spent with Pratha and apologizes her for not believing her. Seema warns Pratha that she has only one hour to either save her or her country. Rishabh asks Pratha to save the country first and loses consciousness. Chanda cries seeing that and even she loses consciousness.
Pratha challenges Seema that she will kill whoever eyes badly on her country. She turns into seshnagin to attack Seema. Reynaksh says she has to face nevla first. Bannu reaches there. Pratha asks who is he. He says he is Bannu, Seema’s husband and lover. Seema reveals that she was already married to Bannu and acted as marrying Lalith to get amrith kalash, she knew that she could get kalash only via Chanda and hence wait till now. Bannu asks Pratha to get the amrith kalash soon if she wants to save her husband. Pratha gives amrith kalash to Seema. Seema mixes poison in amrith kalash and pours it into the river to destroy the country. She shouts destroyal and rejoices with Bannu and Reynaksh. Bannu touches water and his hand burns. Seema says poison doesn’t affect nevla, then how is his hand burning. Bannu says water has amrith instead. People use river water and get rid off the pandemic on the country. Seema gets angry on Pratha, returns to her, and shouts how did poison change into amrith. Pratha reveals that Mahak exchanged poison bottle silently with amrith when Seema dropped it while entering the temple. Reporter announces clearance of pandemic from the nation in a magical way.
Seema asks Pratha what will she do about the poison in Rishabh’s body. Pratha says she even knows about it and reveals how she destroyed poison in Rishabh’s body with her again as poison destroys poison. She says Rishabh will rest for sometime now. She announces to kill mahaasur now. Reynaksh protects Seema. Pratha picks him in her tail and throws him away. Seema pleads Pratha not to harm her. Bannu enters and attacks Pratha. Pratha falls down. Mahak gets worried for Pratha. Pratha gets up and challenges nevla Bannu that he will die from her hands. She and Mahak attack Bannu. Bannu injures Mahak. Pratha overpowers Bannu and throws him the river. Bannu shouts due to burning pain and dies. Seema escapes. Pratha then wakes up Mahak and says she needs to relive Rishabh. She sprinkles amrith on Rishabh and Chanda. They both get conscious. Rishabh asks about Seema. Prathat says she escaped.
Pratha returns home with Rishabh, Chanda, and Mahak. Samaira happily rushes to meet Pratha, but Rehan pushes her on earth and warns to stay right there. He then walks to Risabh and asks him why did he bring Pratha back home when he promised to leave Pratha is proven wrong. Rishabh slaps him and says its not Pratha’s mistake but his and warns him to dare not speak ill about this bhabhi. Rehan says he doesn’t consider Pratha ask his bhabhi and asks if he fell for Pratha’s lies again. Rishabh says he should have believed Pratha long ago. He calls Samaira and asks her to punish Rehan the way she likes. Samaira slaps Rehna. Vijay enters with constables and arrests Rehan. Rehan challenges that he will return back to this house soon. Rishabh apologizes Samaira for not trusting her and promises that nothing wrong will happen to her in this house. Vivan brings Lalith on a wheelchair. Rishabh says he wants to punish Lalith but cannot as Chanda maa doesn’t want him to punish Lalith. Lalith thanks him and then apologizes. He then walks to Chanda and apologizes her. Chanda cries hugging Rishabh. Rishabh says nobody will take Seema’s name in this house from hereon. Reem asks Ritesh what is Rishabh doing and where is Seema. Pratha thanks Shivji for saving Rishabh, reuniting him with his mother, and saving the country. She says mahaasur Seema is alive yet and she needs to kill Seema.
Precap: Seema grips Pratha at knife’s point. Pratha cross legs her and makes her fall down from the terrace. Rishabh finds seshnag book and asks Pratha who she really is. She says she is seshnagin.
