The Episode starts with Pratha’s death execution in the jail. Pratha is hanged to death by the jail authorities. She is brought to the crematorium ground. The jailer says nobody came from her family, we have to do her last rites. Mahek comes there in the car and looks at the burning pyre of Pratha. She says you have suffocated my dream to be shesh naagin, today I have suffocated you and you don’t know how peaceful I am. She says today is that night. Inspector comes there and feels bad for Pratha. He says I couldn’t save Pratha ji. He says Hina is a betrayal and betrayed not just me, but also her sister. He apologizes to Pratha’s burning pyre.
Mahek comes to the temple and tells that the same night came. That night I couldn’t become Shesh naagin and recalled her mother’s words. She says today I will become for what I am made, shesh naagin. She talks to her Nani’s photo frame and says today I am going to take your place, going to be shesh naagin. She says it is the universe’s rules that Shiv ji chooses Shesh Naagin, and Shesh Naag executes Shiv ji’s decision. A voiceover comes that she shall have her family, to make it happen. Mahek says Nageshwari’s other daughter is alive and asks her to come inside. She says nobody knows who are you, and welcomes her. Urvashi (Rupa’s sister) comes there and says my mother had pushed me out from here, as she used to love your mother Rupa. A fb is shown. Shivang comes and tells Rupa that he wants to marry and have children with her, though he knows that she is a naagin. Soon, Rupa’s marriage is fixed with him. Her mother Naageshwari blesses Rupa saying that her daughter will become shesh naagin. Urvashi thinks she will only marry Shivang. She tells Rupa that she is very happy with her marriage and that’s why wants to dance with her. They dance on the song Main teri dushman, Then Urvashi bites Rupa and makes her unconscious. She then ties her hands and legs, takes Rupa’s avatar, then changes her clothes to a bridal outfit. She comes out. Nageshwari asks where is Urvashi? Urvashi in Rupa’s avatar says she is coming. She sits on the mandap with shivang. Nageshwari sees Urvashi’s reflection in the water and pushes her from the mandap. She confronts and punishes her. Urvashi feels pain. Nageshwari snatches all powers from Urvashi and says you will not be an ordinary naagin also, and if you become naagin somehow then you will die in 24 hours. fb ends.
Urvashi tells Mahek that she was thrown out, she used to love Shivang but had married Mantri for money. She tells that she found the snake skin, when she enquired further, she came to know that they are Rupa’s daughters. Mahek tells Maasi told me not to become my sister’s reflection, so I snatched her husband. They laugh. The voiceover comes that it is a betrayal and cheating. Mahek says she is right, she shall be chosen to be shesh naagin and orders Shesh Naag to make him Shesh Naagin. She asks Shesh Naag to give her the boon of becoming Shesh Naagin, and calls him.
She starts dancing to please and calls Shesh Naag. Many snakes come there. She falls. Shesh Naag comes there. Mahek greets him and says the time has come when I shall get my position, asks him to make him Shesh Naagin, as she is among one of the 5 vansh, she is from Vasuki Vansh. She says Pratha was chosen for a big mission, for the nation, but she is not there anymore. She says I shall get shesh naagin’s position and asks him to make her shesh naagin and give her rights to her. Farishta comes there and says you are right, the time has come when you shall be chosen to be Shesh Naagin. He says today you will complete all rituals of Shesh naagin, and will become Shesh Naagin. He signs Shesh Naag. Mahek asks what happened Shesh Naag. Shesh Naag says he is thinking about Pratha. Mahek says Pratha is punished for her mistakes and asks him to start the rituals.
Farishta forwards his hand. A milk bowl comes down from the sky. Farishta takes it and keeps it near Shivji’s idol. Mahek gets hopeful. A snake holding the mani comes there and keeps it near shiv ji. Mahek says Om Namashivay. Farishta picks the bowl and gives it to Mahek. Mahek drinks it, while Farishta is holding the bowl. Urvashi smiles. Shesh Naag picks the Mani and forwards his hand towards Mahek. Mahek stares at the Mani. Shesh Naag couldn’t hold the Mani and the Mani goes back to Shiv ji’s idol. Mahek feels a vomiting sensation. The bowl vanishes from Farishta’s hands. Shesh Naag says you are not chosen to be Shesh Naagin. She asks why? He says either Shesh Naagin is alive or the time must not be right to become shesh naagin. Farishta gets a book and reads it. He says you shall wait for a year to become Shesh Naagin. Mahek asks if Pratha is alive? Shesh Naag says if you don’t get your powers after a year, then you will get your answers. He smiles and vanishes. Farishta also vanishes. Mahek screams to vent out her anger.
The ground is pierced by the divine light and a hand comes out from it. Mahek comes to her room. Pratha holds her neck. Mahek shouts and asks if she is alive? Pratha says what do you think that I had died. She says she is alive and tells that she is not Shesh Naagin, but she was the one chosen to be Shesh Naagin. Mahek says I saw your death. Pratha says I had hidden under the ground and came out piercing the ground. Mahek says you came to die. Pratha says I came to kill you. Mahek says I am your sister. Pratha hugs and stabs her, saying it is the start of her revenge. It turns out to be Mahek’s dream. She asks herself, why is she scared as Pratha is dead. She turns to go to her bed, and a mark is on her back.
Inspector comes to Mahek and tells her that he would have sent a constable to get her signs, but he came himself to apologize to her for being unable to save Pratha. Mahek says she will not sign and asks him to go. Inspector says how can you do this with your sister, I know you got married to your sister’s husband. He says I felt that you loved me, but I was wrong. She asks him to leave. Inspector says God is watching everything and will not forgive you. Mahek says no God can harm me and Pratha is dead. Inspector says the law will not punish you, but God will, your karma will not let you stay peacefully. Mahek recalls her dream and gets restless.
Mahek sees Rishabh and Pratha’s photo frame and asks Bahadur to throw Rishabh and Pratha’s pic, she shall not find any more pics. She tells herself that Pratha was a murderer, that’s why she went to jail and was hanged. She tears Pratha and Rishabh’s pics and shouts. She then throws the album on the ground. She takes a lighter and burns the pic. She lights the pics on the fire, and thinks Pratha is dead, she has to wait for one more year to become shesh naagin.
She says bye younger sister, today your pics’ last rites have been done. She says I was scared about the dream, but no God can bring you. Shiv ji is seen dancing in the temple. Pratha is inside the ground and comes out from it.
Precap: Mahek thinks today, that night came. She comes to the temple. A woman asks Pratha to get up and change to take revenge. Mahek says she got powers due to her tapasya. Pratha promises Shiv ji that she will get back her shesh naagin powers.
