Dev asks Hariprasad to stop. Hariprasad says we did a mistake by coming here, my daughter can’t work here. Dev accepts that misunderstanding had happened, whatever happened was wrong. He signs Kanika. Kanika gets angry, but controls her anger and says I am sorry. She goes. Yogesh says even I want to apologize to you on Kanika’s behalf and says sorry. Dev asks them not to take it on heart and come with him. Vidhi picks up the vase and says sorry to yogesh. They go to Dev’s cabin. Dev apologizes to Hariprasad and tells that it is company’s rules that they work as a family and give respect to each other. Hariprasad asks him not to apologize. He says it was difficult decision for me, to send Vidhi to work. She couldn’t bear anything all this like other girls, but felt that she will have her own identity and gain confidence. He says now I feel that she can’t do work here, and says this is Milapni Devi’s sign. Dev says this is my company, and I promise that your daughter will get pleasant working environment and respect here. Hariprasad says I am leaving my daughter trusting you, she can do mistake, but one thing I can say with pride that she will always work hard and be honest. He says you are younger than me and I hope that you can guide her. He says you can scold her. Dev says don’t worry, you will not repent for your decision, infact will thank me. Hariprasad says ok and is going. Dev asks him to take the sweet box and says you brought it for office. Hariprasad gives sweets to Dev. Dev takes a piece. Hariprasad goes. Dev turns to Vidhi.
Kanika gets revengeful and tells that she will not leave this girl. Yogesh asks her not to worry and says they have to think about their big plan. Kanika says she gets bad vibes from as if she will ruin their work. Yogesh says he will take revenge today itself.
Vidhi asks what work I have to do here. Dev asks for documents or certificates. She takes out then file and drops the marks certificate. She says sorry and bends down to pick it. Dev also picks some marks sheet and says this is 1st standard, 2nd standard marks sheet. She gives all the standards marks sheet. He asks for high school and Inter marks sheet. She shows the marks sheet and says she missed first division with just 3 marks and used to forget everything after going to the exam hall. Dev asks if she came third division in graduation. She says yes. He says you have got marks in maths. Vidhi says she is good at calculations. Dev calls Rishabh and says she will write all the expenses of the office. Rishabh says ok.
Dev asks him to teach her. Vidhi thanks him. Dev sees messages written on her hand and says such things shall not work here. Rishabh takes Vidhi to her office desk. She thanks him and says she doesn’t know how to use computer. Another employee asks how will you manage the work then. Vidhi asks for register else she will bring. Rishabh says we will bring and asks Peon to clear her desk. She sits on the chair and keeps Milapni Devi’s pic on the table. She keeps the flower infront of Milapni Devi’s frame. She keeps the cards given by the kids there. Yogesh says just as you can all see, that a new bakra and then says colleague came to our office, so we shall welcome her. Everyone claps for her. Vidhi also claps. Yogesh gives gum to Rishabh. Vidhi bends down to pick the marker pens. Rishabh gives the gun/glue to the lady employee, who smears it on Vidhi’s chair. Vidhi writes Om on the register. Dev comes there. Everyone gets up. Vidhi tries to get up and finds her dress stuck. Kanika asks her to get up and respect the boss.
Vidhi tells Dev that she is stuck in the chair. Dev sees everyone laughing. He hears an employee taunting her and goes to Vidhi. He asks her to give her hand to him. She hesitantly gives her hand in his hand. Vidhi tries to get up, holding his hand. He pulls her with force and her dress gets torn because of the glue on the chair. She cries. Dev calls house keeping staff and asks her to help her. The house keeping staff lady takes Vidhi with her. Yogesh, Kanika and others smile. Vidhi cries and tells the lady that nothing good happens with her, and trouble surrounds her to catch her just as it gets a chance. She says I was insulted infront of the office employees. Yogesh tells Dev that this girl is jhalli and she is not girl, but an accident and search place. Kanika says I know you are impressed with her honesty, but we shall not give her a chance. Yogesh says I don’t think that this girl can stay here for many days.
Vidhi says I can’t work here and shall go home. She says what Dev uncle ji might be thinking that I got stuck with the chair. The house keeping staff member tries to boost her confidence and asks her to throw her weakness in the dustbin. Vidhi gets motivated with her words. Dev asks the employees to mail him about their suggestions. The female colleague tells Rishabh that she is feeling guilty to rag her, it is good that she didn’t quit the job. Kanika comes to Vidhi and asks her to sign on the joining letter. She asks if you know to sign or will you get your Papa sign. Vidhi says she knows how to sign.
Hariprasad meets someone who asks about Vidhi’s post and salary. Vidhi reads the salary amount to be 30 K and says sorry Maa’m, I can’t do this job.
Precap: Dev asks Vidhi to take the photocopy of these papers. Vidhi takes the photocopies on color papers. Dev says legal documents on color papers. Vidhi gets worried.
