The Episode starts with Ashok scolding Akhil and asks him to be his son with intelligence too. A car splashes dirty water on them. Ashok and Akhil shout. The car turns out to be of Ratan Singh’s. He gets out of his car and teases him to earn the money for livelihood. Nidhi brings Anmol in an auto and calls Ratan Singh. He gets worried. Nikhil comes home after writing exam. He says he will get a good job. Bua ji asks him to get a bahu for her. Seema says you don’t allow me to work. Anmol is taken inside the house. Anmol’s mum worries for her. Nidhi’s mum questions her. Nidhi goes and hugs her father saying she couldn’t be able to take care of Anmol. Ashok and Akhil comes home.
Ashok asks him to write a letter. Akhil tells that Ratan Singh’s car splashes dirty water on them and asks him to write a letter for filing FIR. Nikhil thinks he needs to thanks Anmol. He gets up asking Ashok to end the matter. Akhil tells him that Anmol was unconscious. Nikhil gets tensed. He comes to Ratan Singh’s house. Pratap asks him to move from his place. Nikhil asks him about Anmol’s condition. Pratap gets angry. Ratan Singh calls him shameless and shouts for Ashok. Ashok comes and asks what happened. Ratan Singh asks him to make Nikhil understand else……Ashok says I will get both of you behind bars. Ratan Singh says if your son speaks anything about my daughter then I will directly get him shot by my bullet. Ashok asks Nikhil. Nikhil says he was just asking about Anmol’s condition. Ratan Singh says my daughter is in hospital and your son is saying wrong about her. Ashok argues. Nikhil is tensed thinking about Anmol.
Anmol’s chacha leaves from home for the hospital. Nikhil asks his scooter to get started as they have to follow the car. Nikhil comes to the hospital following him. He sees Nidhi speaking to Anmol. Nidhi scolds Anmol for not drinking juice and also not listening to her. Anmol sees Nikhil there. Nikhil comes inside. Nidhi asks what are you doing here? She scolds him. Anmol asks Nikhil to come. Nikhil feels bad for her condition. He tells Nidhi that he wants to talk to Anmol for 2 mins. Anmol nods so Nidhi agrees. She asks Nikhil to make Anmol drinks juice. She goes out. Nikhil sees here and there.
Anmol asks didn’t you see hospital ward before. Nikhil says it is not like that. He asks about her health. She says fine. Nikhil thanks her. Anmol says its ok. Nikhil says you should have taken care of you. Anmol asks about his exam. Nikhil says it was good. Anmol asks him not to taken tension. Nikhil says he was worried about her. Anmol asks why? Nikhil says you are sick and my neighbor, so I shall ask you about your health. Anmol asks do you meet every neighbor in the hospital. Nikhil says no. He says every neighbor don’t keep fast for me. Anmol says score is settled now and asks him to go. Nikhil sits down and they argue.
She asks him to say the reason. Nikhil says nothing. Anmol starts coughing. Nikhil asks her to drink juice. She asks do you love me. Nikhil says no, I don’t love you. He asks her to drink juice. Anmol says you don’t love me, right. Nikhil says it doesn’t matter to me and tries to leave. Anmol starts coughing. He comes back and asks her to drink juice. Anmol asks him to reply, yes or no. Nikhil says yes. He says you have won and I have lost. Anmol says she is not understanding anything. Nikhil thinks what to say. Anmol asks him to say openly. Nikhil confesses to love her. Anmol pretends not to hear him. Nikhil says again. Anmol smiles and says it seems I am making you confess forcibly. Nidhi enters. Nikhil says again, I love you. Anmol and Nidhi smiles.
