Grandma shouted for help, calling Giri to assist Mishri. Meanwhile, Raghav told Vani that their families share a strong bond, as Kalpana had donated a kidney to his grandma, saving her life. Vani, feeling angry, remembered her mom’s pain over the years and couldn’t forgive Parvathi. Grandma offered to help Vani look around the house and asked Raghav to bring sweets.
Elsewhere, Sakthi scolded Bela’s son for not doing his job properly. Raghav arrived and was shocked to see Mishri injured from an accident. Grandma told Vani she understood her pain and hadn’t forgiven Parvathi but urged her not to punish Raghav for it. Vani hugged Parvathi, while Raghav recognized Mishri as the one who saved his mother. He carried her to the car, and they left for the hospital with Grandma and Sakthi following.
Vani told Parvathi that everyone blamed her for others’ mistakes, understanding her situation as she was also in love. She emphasized that it was Grandma, not Parvathi, who broke her mom’s trust and reassured Parvathi that she loved Raghav deeply and wouldn’t share these feelings with him. Vani then asked Parvathi to show her Raghav’s room. Grandma told Kalpana she was happy about the alliance but advised keeping things in perspective. Chithra overheard the conversation.
At the hospital, Raghav encouraged Mishri while a nurse asked him to fill out a form, which he signed without noticing he put himself as her husband. Grandma arrived and realized she had forgotten her money, apologizing to the rickshaw driver. Mishri regained consciousness and saw Raghav talking with the doctor. She thought about how she was coming to meet him. The doctor assured Raghav that Mishri was improving.
Mishri, trying to walk, lost her balance, but Raghav caught her just in time. She thanked him, believing her future husband had saved her, and mentioned their bond spanning seven lifetimes, which shocked Raghav. The doctor explained that she was under anesthesia and needed rest, suggesting she might have misunderstood Raghav’s role. Grandma, inquiring about Mishri, was told by the nurse that her husband had admitted her.
Chithra tried to turn Kalpana against Parvathi, suggesting she stop the wedding to prevent Parvathi and Vani from getting closer. Kalpana, planning to hand over her business to Raghav, vowed to take revenge on Parvathi. Meanwhile, Sakthi scolded Raghav for admitting Mishri to the hospital. Raghav explained the situation, and Bela pretended to thank him. Mishri told Grandma that Raghav saved her, and Banti said Raghav had left for an emergency. Mishri, suspicious, noted that Banti resembled the driver who hit her with the car and questioned him about it.
