The Episode starts with Ira praying that she gets a good news. Akhilesh asks her not to worry, they will arrange money. Devina comes and says you don’t need to arrange money now. She gets a bag. She says I got 10 lakhs for your reversal, I had sold my jewellery. He asks why did you do this. She says I made many mistakes, you have forgiven them all, can’t I do this for you. Pushpa gets glad. She jokes on Devina’s cheat getting less with time. Devina thinks Ira is cheating Pushpa a lot. They ask Ira to fulfill their dream and get Akhilesh’s reversal done soon. Ira thinks I can’t refuse to them, I can’t shock Pushpa, I have to pretend doing the operation. Akhilesh asks will you do my operation. Ira says sure. Pushpa hugs her.
