The Episode starts with Ira saying I have done the aid, Akhilesh will get fine. Ira’s gift falls down. Pushpa sees the doctor set and says Devina would have given this. She goes and scolds Devina. Devina says everyone knows about Akhilesh’s state, maybe someone joked. Aditya jokes on Akhilesh. Devina asks Pushpa to accept this, Akhilesh can never have kids. Pushpa says I will burn this doctor set. She asks Akhilesh not to stop her. She burns the gift.

Akhilesh holds the match stick in his hand. He consoles Pushpa. She says let me burn this gift. He stops her. She says I will never forget that doctor, this will remind me revenge, I will beat that doctor. Ira worries and gets dizzy, Bhavik holds her. Pushpa sends Akhilesh and Ira. Aditya, Siddhi and Bhoomi spoil the decorations in Akhilesh’s room. Pushpa says good, you did it. She sends everyone. Pushpa says no need to wake up early tomorrow. She goes. Ira thanks Akhilesh.

He says I did this for Vallabh, sleep on the bed, I will sleep there. She says we can sleep on the bed, don’t worry, I will make partition by pillow. She sees the mess and says I will see Devina’s children. He says no, don’t interfere, small things become big matters, Pushpa will get hurt. Lakhan comes to meet Akhilesh. Akhilesh gets the betel leaf and shows Ira. She says you don’t like it, I will have it. She thinks what’s happening to her. She imagines Akhilesh playing the flute and call him cute. She feels hot and removes the saree. Akhilesh asks what is she doing. She asks him to remove his sherwani. He asks her to stay away. She asks him to remove the sherwani, its not suiting him. He turns away.
