The Episode starts with Ira and Chutki going in lift. Ira acts. Chutki says I have learnt the entire truth that you are Akhilesh’s doctor and your marriage is fake. She taunts Ira. Ira says Akhilesh still respects and loves me, he wipes my tears, he fights for me, he saves me from problems, he is my best friend, maybe the marriage is fake, but my happiness is real, I won’t tolerate a word against her. The lift falls down. They shout for help.

Akhilesh looks for Ira. Ira rings the alarm. Guard says lift got stuck. Akhilesh worries and asks Ira not to worry, he is coming. Ira asks him to come soon. He runs upstairs. Guard says the tool broke, how will lift door open now. Akhilesh says don’t worry, I will do something. He uses his strength and opens the door. He pulls down the lift chamber.

He gets Ira out of the lift. Everyone claps. He asks Ira are you fine. She says yes, Chutki is in lift. Chutki says I m scared, I won’t come. He asks her to give hand. He gets her down. People call him hero and take selfie with him. Ira smiles and asks Chutki to see, all the men would be father of children, but Akhilesh saved you, even when much happened between you two, I can certify that he is a good human. She goes with Akhilesh. She praises him. He says Bhavik has messaged about your exam result. She says I forgot, what is it. He jokes and then says she has topped in exams. She gets happy and hugs him.
He says some big doctor is coming to honor you. She says this doctor is my idol, I will go and wear good clothes. He asks her to wear proper clothes, not jeans. She goes. He prays for her. Devina scolds her children. They joke and laugh. Devina and Pushpa argue. Devina says she will drive me crazy, how will we get hospital info. Akhilesh says its big day for Ira, she will look good in saree. Ira comes wearing western clothes. He drops the gift and hides it. She asks how do I look, I thought to buy something special. He says you look good. She thanks him.

She asks why do you look upset. He says nothing, where is Vallabh. She says he isn’t here, I will meet you at hospital. He goes. She gets the box and checks. She sees the saree. Devina and Bhoomi come to Ira’s hospital. Devina tries to find about Akhilesh.

A man learns that doctor isn’t coming for felicitation. He thinks how to arrange a guest soon. He greets Devina. He says you will get any help, you have to do a small favor, you have to become chief guest in function, hospital will compensate you. She gets glad. Akhilesh gives sweets to everyone in hospital. Ira comes to ask for sweets. Akhilesh smiles seeing her wearing saree. She says you thought I won’t know it, why didn’t you give me gift. He says you got ready, I thought you won’t like my gift. She says I m looking better in this right, your choice is nice, this color is lovely. They smile. He says you always look beautiful. He applies her bindi and compliments. Ira thanks him. Ira goes for the function. Akhilesh goes to give sweets to doctor. He sees Devina. He gets shocked and thinks if mom sees Ira as doctor, it will be a big problem.
