The Episode starts with Birju getting fine. Akhilesh says I will inform your family, you don’t need to talk to mum. Birju asks him to listen. Ira tells her dad about Birju’s case. She sneezes. She says I will give infection to patients if I continue sneezing this way. Akhilesh asks her to check Birju. She goes. He sees Pushpa and gets worried. Pushpa asks the lady to take her to her husband. Akhilesh asks her what is she doing here. Pushpa says doctor called me here, how is your dad. He consoles her. He asks her to go to the ward. He gets shocked seeing Devina and children coming to meet Birju.

Pushpa asks him to come. Akhilesh asks her to go and wash hands before she meets dad. Ira makes Birju walk a little. She asks him to go with his family tomorrow. He sees his children and

Pushpa. He gets worried. Akhilesh says I will go and get fruits for dad. Birju gets worried seeing Devina and Pushpa coming together. He acts to have heart attack. He asks Ira to do something. Ira runs out of the ward and says you can’t go inside. Devina says my husband is admitted here. Ira says patient needs rest, our hospital is strict about visiting hours. Devina agrees. Ira makes Birju sit. Akhilesh says we will wait outside and come in some time.
Birju’s children discuss and leave to have coffee at a cafe. Ira says you are my first patient. Birju says oh, I feel I m a guest of few days. Pushpa prays for him. Akhilesh cries seeing her. She praises Birju to be like Lord. He says I will just go and check on dad. Akhilesh turns away on seeing Devina. Birju calls him. Akhilesh comes to him and asks what happened. Birju says Devina and Pushpa are here. Akhilesh asks what shall I do, you have to bear this. Birju says you are right, Devina will kill me when she knows the truth and Pushpa will die on her own, you will become orphan, do something atleast for Pushpa.

Akhilesh agrees to help. He asks what shall I do. Birju tells his plan. Akhilesh says I m feeling strange seeing you, who will help me here. Ira comes. Birju says she can help us. Akhilesh says she is harmful. Birju asks Ira to save him from Devina and Pushpa. He says Pushpa is Devina’s sister. Akhilesh stares at him. Birju says Devina and Pushpa hate each other, they always fight, my heart will fail, just help me. She asks how. He tells her the plan. She refuses to him and leaves. Akhilesh says you lie so much, I m ashamed of you. Birju says you have to do this, atleast for your mum. Devina worries. Pushpa sees her and says my husband got admitted here, hospital people are not letting me meet him, fees are too high.

Devina says hospital has some rules, even my husband is admitted here, I will pay your husband’s bill, don’t worry, just praise me in media. Pushpa thanks her and asks her husband’s name. Akhilesh interrupts and takes Pushpa with him. Ira stops him and signs that she is shifting Birju. He says you said you won’t help me. She says I can’t lose my first patience, you can meet Birju, I will manage Devina. Pushpa meets Birju and cries. Akhilesh gets annoyed. He sees Devina and tells Birju that she is coming. Birju asks him to do something.
