The Episode starts with Ira reading Akhilesh’s note and smiling. She gets a call and says doctors will do Akhilesh’s surgery soon, I will get his blood test done soon. Devina shouts on bank manager and scolds for card blocking. She says I will take them to court. Aditya asks how will we get money for Sanaya’s jewelry. Siddhi says we can gift mom’s jewelry to Sanaya.

Devina scolds her and says I sold my jewelry. Aditya says I will make Akhilesh’s first day at job memorable, he has celebrated much happiness. Devina asks Pushpa to give her money for buying diamonds for Sanaya. Pushpa says I don’t have it. She gives some cards and hair pin. Devina gets angry on her foolishness. She says I m talking about credit cards. She angrily goes. She reads an ad and calls someone. Dr. Vikram
