Santa asks Banta why is he disturbed, he liked recovering tax and also they can give whatever they rob to Sudha as gift. Santa and Banta see bees and bees start chasing them. Banta goes hides in a lane, bees go away. Banta hears Sudha talking to the house owner and goes check. Sudha tells owner , I know my husband hasn’t paid you full rent, here is the money and let me know if you need more and please don’t abuse him and this is my money my parents gave me, I will sell jewellery too and pay all the rent amount just keep my husband out of it and I also have heard ill talking about my husband, I agree that he has delayed in paying rent but for me he can do anything for my happiness. Banta in tears after listening to all this. Sudha leaves.
House owners wife says to him, poor Sudha is so kind on other hand Banta is so useless, why would God do this to her.
Farmers discuss that they sprayed ash as Sai said what next now.
Santa walks to Banta and says I hope you are fine, now lets go collect taxes.
Santa Banta go to farmers and Santa starts threatening them for money, farmers say we have paid what was asked we won’t pay anything more now. Santa about to beat Hariya, Banta thinks about Sudha and stops him and says let’s take their grains and not hurt them. Santa says correct, he tries to pick the grain sacks but unable to. Farmers say this is definitely Sai’s blessings. Banta asks where is Sai.
Banta sees Sudha leave and upset. Banta says did someone again said something bad to her and starts following her.
Banta sees in fog how Sudha had seen Kulkarni abuse him for diamond.
Banta turns around and sees Sai. Sai says to Banta, Sudha knows your truth, she knows all the lies and truths you hide. Banta says I know you are behind all this. Sai asks is the diamond at fault or your greed for Sudha. Banta says you all did this on purpose to ruin our relationship. Sai says then wouldn’t have Sudha left you, you don’t have to have faith in me but atleast have faith in Sudha, be the person she wants to and you will receive is happiness and lies always burden you, it always trips you in to guilt and then the lie becomes your present and you go away from your present and lose all happiness and when you are not happy how can you give happiness. Sai leaves.
Banta thinks of how kind and loving Sudha is and how she has faith in him. Banta rushes to Santa and says forget this and apologies to the farmers, Santa says what about the tax. Banta says I have to talk to Kulkarni urgently and rushes to Kulkarni Vada.
Santa and Banta walk to Kulkarni, Kulkarni asks where were you and Banta your shop is ready with all stolen stuff and here is money so that you can run the shop and now take Gods blessings and inaugrate your shop. Banta says no, Kulkarni asks whats wrong. Banta falls in Kulkarni’s feet and says I resigning. Kulkarni asks what happened are you Sai’s devotee now. Banta says never but my wife Sudha wants me to be a kind and honest man and so I want to back off and live my life with honesty and repay the loan I took from you.
Banta walks to Santa and asks you will come with me right?
Santa looks at Kulkarni and denies to Banta.
Kulkarni starts laughing and asks Banta to leave. Banta thinks what is wrong he has agreed to it so quickly. Banta runs away. Santa says to Kulkarni I didn’t know about all this. Kulkarni says never get influenced by a woman and Banta is influenced by his wife and I can’t loose to a wan and I will get Banta back.
Farmers thank Sai for his help and give Sai sweets. Sai says I . happy for you but someone else deserves these sweets.
Farmers visit Sudha and says Sai has asked us to give you this and share it with Banta too. Sudha thanks them.
Sudha goes inside, Banta walks in. Sudha asks whus is he upset. Banta says heres list of all the lies and apology for them, I will never lie now, I promise, your love has changed me please forgive me, I have quit my job and now will lead a honest and hardworking life. Sudha in tears and thinks about sweets sent by Sai and gives it to Banta. Banta happily has sweets and gives to Sudha as well.
Sai at Dwarka Mai smiles.
Kulkarni looks at a paper and says you resigned job at my place Banta and you don’t know I will kill you but not be defeated.
Precap: Kulkarni asks Banta to do one illegal work for him and then he is free to go.
Banta gets caught with a suitcase. Sai says Banta you needed to mend things but you went and fell in the same pit Sudha rescued you from.
