Srikanth and Govinda are eating dinner. Chihu Tai looks at her husband who nods at her reassuringly. She acts normal around Govinda.
Next morning, Govinda is trying to convince the villagers to invest their money in Madhusudhan’s scheme. He manages many villagers to Madhusudhan’s makeshift office for the same. Madhusudhan thinks he hasn’t met so many fools at one place before. I dint think they will fall in my trap so easily.
Sai is walking around Shirdi.
Madhusudhan tells the villagers that it is time to double their money without working hard. Who all want to do it? Everyone raises their hands. Madhusudhan smiles. He asks Govinda to make an entry in the register with the money they have. An old guy has Rs. 2. He asks them if he can invest it as well. Madhusudhan says you can if you want to double your money. Please form a queue. They readily form a queue. Sai happens to be passing by and stops to look at them. Madhusudhan folds his hands at Sai. Sai looks on as the villagers give their hard earned money to Madhusudhan. He turns around. Earning money without really working for it only brings pain.
Yashoda offers bhog to God. I couldn’t offer bhog to you earlier as cashews weren’t there. Her SIL asks her why she dint use almonds. Yashoda replies that they have been doing this for Vitthoba ji since she was a kid. you wont understand as you have come here just now. You dint live a luxurious life like me. You will learn everything soon. She asks Gomti about Sai. Gomti says we will know once He is here. Why are you waiting for him? Yashoda shares that she wants to see Vitthoba since she was a kid. I will request Sai to help me make it happen. Gomti calls it impossible. Who can make it happen? Yashoda has faith in Sai. He can make anything happen. He helps his devotees see God. Why can’t He help me then? Gomti reasons that that happens when God wants it too. It cannot be something you can request on your own. Yashoda says I know Sai will help me. I have been giving him ingredients since years. People give him basis stuff but I have been giving him what no one else can. It’s payback time. He will have to make it happen today. They hear Sai’s voice and go outside. Yashoda requests Sai to help her see Vitthoba. You have done it in the past for others. I will give you alms only when you will make it happen. Sai agrees. It will take some time though. I will request Vitthoba ji and in the meantime, I will collect alms from villagers. Yashoda agrees to wait. I will make something special for you till then. Sai smiles as he turns to go.
Yashoda makes kheer for Sai. She adds dry fruits and saffron in it.
Sai smiles. He picks soil and keeps it in his bowl. He goes back to Yashoda’s house then. She requests Sai to accept the kheer that she has especially made for him. Make me see Vitthoba now. Sai asks her to keep it in his bowl. She looks at the contents. This is dirty. Sai says it does not matter. Add kheer in it. I will eat it. She says I made this kheer with love and added so many things in it. How can I keep it in this bowl? Sai says that’s what I have been meaning to say. How can a heart that’s filled with pride see Vitthoba when kheer cannot be added in a bowl filled with soil? How can you see God then? Arrogance is like that dirt while kheer is like seeing God. You cannot see God till the time you will remain arrogant. Yashoda realises her mistake. Please forgive me, Sai. I was asking you to repay me for the good I committed by giving you alms. Sai says one tear of penitence is enough to fix things. Your tears have cleansed your soul. Yashoda says I want to give you alms with all my heart now. Please accept it. Sai nods. The bowl is clean and empty when Sai extends it forward. She looks at Sai in amazement. He blesses her as he walks away. Yashoda keeps looking at him. Sai turns around suddenly. Yashoda sees Vitthoba in Sai and is overwhelmed. Om Sai Ram! Sai blesses her.
Ladies of Shirdi have gathered in Baizama’s house for Rambha’s baby shower. Baizama hears few ladies discussing how they will get rich in 2 months. Baizama asks them to focus. She notices Chihu Tai sitting quietly but Chihu Tai dismisses it.
Tejasvini and her maid are on their way to Rambha’s baby shower as well. Maid asks Tejasvini why she is going there when she does not like Rambha. Tejasvini says my MIL has been nice to me since I convinced her that I have nothing against that Fakir anymore. Why create a fuss when things are fine between us? Plus, my MIL is not well. Keshav and Raja will be happy as well. She gives gift to Rambha. A lady asks her to sit but she shows off her saree. Baba has sent it from Bombay. Creases will appear. She shows off her jewellery as well. Ladies look on excitedly and ask about the price. Tejasvini thinks these women were never interested in these things before. What happened suddenly? She tells them to drop the idea but the ladies say we will become rich in 2 months. Tejasvini asks them if they found some treasure. The lady says everyone in Shirdi will get that treasure soon. Baizama asks Tejasvini to start the ritual. She asks Chihu Tai to apply haldi kumkum to Tejasvini. Tejasvini asks Chihu Tai how the ladies will become rich in 2 months. Chihu Tai tells them about Madhusudhan’s investment plan. Tejasvini gets curious. Did you invest as well? Chihu Tai gets tensed. Tejasvini refuses to believe it but the ladies speak positively about the scheme. Govinda has invested money. It is Govinda who told everyone about this scheme. Tejasvini wonders how this news never reached her. I dint know money can be doubled this easily.
