Suwarna dresses up as a jogan and sings mere sai bhajan praising Sai. Other villagers join her and sing mere sai. She leaves from there. All villagers greet each other for Gudi Padwa. Jhipri and Champa come with other kids to Madhav’s house, and tells that they will decorate their school. Champa tells that everyone is wearing new clothes except us. Jhipri says Sai says we shall be happy with what we have. Bhama hears them and asks them to come. She gives them saree. Champa says who will make us wear. Bhama says she will make them wear it. Jhipri and Champa are happy to wear saree. Madhav says you have kept those sarees for special occasion.
Bhama says this is the right occasion and says I am happy that I could give happiness to them. Madhav says he is incomplete about the school. He comes to Sai and says he is his guru and seeks his blessings. Sai tells him that his role shall not be stopped and it was like Krishna. Madhav asks if something is going to happen. Sai doesn’t tell him.
Sai takes charity from Mhalsapati’s house. Mhalsapati’s wife are sad and says she is missing Yamuna. Sai asks them to remove the unused stuff and make place in house. Mhalsapati asks him what he means? Sai doesn’t tell him. Bayaza sees a boy having cough and fever. His father tells her that they went to Kulkarni, but he is asking 2 Rs. He says Sai is not treating now. Bayaza and Appa bring that boy to Sai and tells that Kulkarni is taking much money, farm or animals. She asks Sai to do something and reminds him of his words. Sai makes him sit. His father asks what you are doing? Madhav and Appa ask the man to let Sai apply vibhuti. Sai applies it to his neck. Boy tells his father that he got fine. Boy’s father tells your vibhuti is magican and effective. Madhav says now you can apply this vibhuti instead of medicine. Sai looks on. Om Sai plays….

Anta beats Madhav and pushes him out of school. Kulkarni says there is no need of this school and humiliates him.
