Vrinda returns to Chihu’s house and insists her to accompany to her house. Chihu resists. Vrindua forcefully drags her out. Rukmini stops her and says Chihu’s situation has changed from then and now, so Vrinda cannot take Chihu out. Vrinda says nothing has changed and drags her out of compound. Chihu says she has not stepped out of house compound since 9 years. Vrinda says she has already stepped out of compound. Chihu stands shocked. Vrinda takes her along forcefully. Rukmini thinks if Kulkarni finds about this mishap, he will create havoc.
Sai goes to a house begging and asks seeing batasha/sweets requests lady if she can give batasha in alms. Lady happily agrees and gives him batasha. On the other side, Vrinda passes by village lanes with Chihu. Villagers watch them amused.
Chihu thinks Shirdi has not changed a bit since 9 years and nobody is bothered about her going out of house. Ladies see her and discuss how come Kulkarni’s widow sister has come out of house, Kulkarni usually follows rituals. Vrinda takes Chihu to their house and shows her sari and jewelry collection and freeing her hair wears her jewelry. Chihu reminisces her husband’s fondness for her hair. Vrinda says she likes bright colored Saris and different jewelries, Chihu must be amused seeing Vrinda who used to wear Chihu’s old clothes is so right now. Chihu further reminisces her husband liking her in bright colored saris.
Old couples walk on Shirdi lanes slowly. People yell at them to move out of their way. Sai notices that and asks old couples if he can help them walk and walks holding their hands. They thank Sai. Sai says it is his duty and asks where they want to go. They ask to drop them at a temple as they want to earn some money by singing bhajans. Sai drops them at temple. They ask his name, he says everyone call him Sai and walks away smiling. Husband sings Bhajan in temple, but nobody pays them whole day. They cry worriedly. Lakshmi sees that and tells Sai that she will give them her whole day’s earning. Sai asks not to to do that as they love their self-respect. They walk and sit with couple. Man says their son and bahu passed away long ago and left a granddaughter for them who has grown up and should be married in a couple of years, they are poor, so they sing bhajans and gather money for their granddaughter’s marriage. Sai suggests him that he should give his 100% to show his talent and not just think of earning money, money will flow in automatically. Lady says their worries don’t let them give their 100%.
