Keshv and Tatya deliver vegetables at British army base on time. Officer praises their punctuality and gives them order to deliver 200 people’s vegetables everyday and says they have to deliver vegetables on time be it sun, rain, or cold. They both agree. At Pari’s house, Pari sees her father getting ready to travel and asks where is he going. He says he is going to Mumbai with Vishwas Rao to sell jewelry and will be back soon, till then she should take care of herself and her mother. Pari agrees. He asks Shubhangi not to scold Pari more. He calls Vishwas Rao and asks if he is ready. Vishwas Rao says yes and asks him to keep bag in cart while he comes behind him. He advices Tara to apply uptan/herbal paste on her face each morning and evening, study during afternoon, and help aatya/Shubhangi
in household chores. He then gives herbal paste box to Pari to apply on her face to whiten it. H sends Pari and Tara out and suggests Shubhangi not to agree to her husband’s words and punish Pari if she makes mistakes, reminds how she was rejected repeatedly by many boys due to her dark color and their parents had to face much hardship to get her married, hence teach Pari house hold chores and not let her go out in sun. He leaves in cart with Pari’s father. Pari cries seeing her father going. Shubhangi thinks her brother reminded her of other past, she will not repeat same mistake and make Pari more competent than her.
Sai waters plants in Dwarkamayi and sees Shubhangi’s face in water bucket. He gives moral gyaan that bringing up children is parent’s biggest journey and they make mistakes during the process, but they should remember that childhood is very important and not make let their children remember it as horrible past; they should teach their children with love and whoever understands this succeeds as parents.
Tatya and Keshav throw party with lots of food to their friends Jhipri, Champa, Ali and others celebrating their contract. Jhipri asks reason for party. They both say with Sai’s guidance, they got vegetable vending contract to British base camp. Jhipri asks where are Udhav and Govinda. Sai says they have gone to call Pari. They all enjoy snacks when Kulkarni passes by on his palanquin and seeing Keshav with Sai and others fumes that Sai had ruined his respect and now Keshav is ruing whatever is left. Jeweler stops him and requests to listen to him. Anta and Panta push him aside yelling. Jeweler says he wants to talk about his son Keshav’s deeds and describes in detail.
Pari tries to drink milk with great difficulty. Udhav and Govinda walk to her and ask if she wants to have jalebi and kachori, she can accompany them. Pari excitedly agrees, but Shubhangi stops ther and scolds to not step outside, else she will get more dark. On the other side, Pari says Tatya and Keshav must be enjoying business partnership. Sai suggests like they trust each other as friends, they should trust themselves in business and help each other. They both agree. Tatya says he will go and inform about contract to his family. Sai asks them all to go while he waits for Udhav and Govinda. They both return and inform Pari’s mother did not let her get out of house.
Precap: Govinda asks Sai when Pari’s mother loves her, why she has problem with her complexion. Sai says sometimes they forgo things in front of them. Pari burns her hand while preparing food. Sai gets sad seeing that via telepathy.
