Meet Manish Raisinghani – the committed actor

Manish’s ‘drained out’ look in Colors’ Sasural Simar Ka (Rashmi Sharma Telefilms) has been the talk of the town recently. In fact, we hear that the actor has missed out on a couple of ramp shows as well and put his other shoots and endorsement projects on hold due to his current look in Sasural Simar Ka.

Our source informs us, “Manish has been quite clear that Sasural Simar Ka is his priority and hence he will not be shaving his beard till his character and the show doesn’t demand that. The clothing brand Manish is endorsing has willfully and happily agreed to wait for Manish as they appreciate his committed attitude towards his work.”

When we contacted Manish he said, “Siddhant’s wife Roli is missing from his life in the ongoing track. One forgets themselves when they are in such situations and I can’t afford to be concerned about looking good when Siddhant is going through such huge turmoil in life. And in a situation like this where Siddhant has died from within, the intensity would get diluted if I shave. I don’t mind keeping my endorsements and everything on hold as right now my main priority is Sasural Simar Ka and I want to do justice to the character of Siddhant. I won’t budge even if my mom keeps calling me shabby and my dad keeps showing me my loses (laughs).”
