Regarding this episode where the 2 teams were running a highway dhabba. The winning team was to be the ones that raised more money in their kitty.
In fact I was very shocked that the 3 renowned judges picked the blue (Happy’s) team as winners.
Weren’t the 2 teams suppose to run their dhabbas as a business?
Instead what I show from the happy’s team was an argument between a customer and Doyal, regarding the menu. At the end their team demanded and harrassed their customers for tips of approximately Rs1000.00. Here in the UK, customers are treated with respect. Tips are given voluntarily, if the customers think they have been well served, efficiently and treated as oneselves would like to be treated, with respect.
I therefore think that happy’s team won unfairly, and dishonestly. It was not because as one of the judge commented that the loosing team priced their products cheaply.
I suppose that the judges comment was based on Indian etiquette of running a business, i.e. dishonestly, harassing and arguing with the customers.
