Standing by its new oath ‘Rishta wahi Soch Naye’, Star Plus gets an internationally acclaimed show Master Chef India on Indian Televisions to acknowledge and encourage the culinary skills of passionate cooks and groom them to become the ultimate professionals of the art.
And that’s not all as the channel has also worked on to make it explicitly big by presenting the Khiladi of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar in a completely new role as he would preside over as the host as well as the judge on the show.
As it is well known that the ace actor, Akshay Kumar masters in whatever he opts to work on and it’s not news for his fans that he himself has worked as a chef in Thailand prior his career as an actor. Also as he is a complete food lover it seems he has all the reasons to be on this show.
Also he showed all his enthusiasm in regards to the show through his dance that he performed last night at the launch conference of the show.
Showcasing complete positivity about the show Akshay Kumar asserted, "I’m passionate about three things in life food, martial arts and acting. So through this platform I really want the people who have spent all theirs years cooking delicious food for their family to come ahead and receive acclaims for their talents."
Also when asked who is his Master Chef in real life in a very humble tone he replied, "My grandmother and there is a cook who works in a Gurudwara in Chandni Chowk they are the master chef’s of my life."
And as the versatile actor celebrates his Birthday today the channel took the opportunity of expressing their good wishes by a small cake cutting ceremony at the conference.
The actor as always very well caught the attention of the audience at the conference and the channel also holds high expectation from the same. But what kind of a cooking magic it creates will only be known once it comes on air.
