Scene 1
Mangal asks where did you go? Why were you not picking? Lakshmi says I was at the shop. She thinks she shouldn’t tell her about Nitin. Mangal says everything is okay. Amam is also calm. I am excited about our proposal coming tomorrow.

Karthik says you’re my mother, no one can take your place. But I love Jiya as well. I love her a lot. If my upbringing is right, my upbringing can’t be wrong. Please trust me. She says leave me alone for a while. Lakshmi comes home. Shanti says didn’t you go to their place? Did you get the order? Lakshmi says there was no woman there. It was Nitin. He tried too.. Mangal prepares to welcome the guys’ family. She asks the kids to not play in the room. Akshar says now mausi will get married. Shanti asks should I help? Lippika is getting Lakshmi ready. Kusum asks her to get out all the new dishes. Lippika gets Lakshmi ready. Adit comes to the room. He says sorry. I didn’t know you were here. Lakshmi says sorry I got you wrong. I don’t wanna interfere in your life. I am concerned about my sister. He says to be careful next time. Mangal asks is everything okay? Adit says yes. The guy’s family comes.

Karthik looks for Gayatri she’s nowhere. He asks Sanjana. Sanjana says she never tells me where she’s going. Karthik is worried. The guy and his family meet Mangal’s family. Lakshmi comes with Mangal. Shanti says our Lakshmi is very talented. She manages the house and shop too. It makes money so much that she left education. Otherwise, she would have done education. The guys’ family says we need a nice girl for our son, not a degree. You’re all honest people. That’s what matters the most. I saw Lakshmi on Holi. I knew she’d be the best match for our Rohan. She has too many manners. Girls these days are always on their phones. We’d be lucky to have Lakshmi as our DIL. consider this proposal final from our side. Everyone gets happy. Shanti hugs her.
