Maharana Pratap 28th May 2013 Written Episode
The Episode starts with Maharana Pratap seeing the Afghan Chowki flag, he thinks of going inside. He sees a bullock cart going inside and thinks of going in it. He hides in the cart and enters the Afghan Chowki. There are many slaves there, he is saved from their sight. He goes to the mango tree and stands there. His brother too comes there and says I m younger than you but I can do whatever you can. Maharana Pratap says its risky. He says ok, you pluck the raw mangoes, I will see them. He says no, you pluck them, I have come here for some other work. Pratap is happy to pluck the raw mangoes. His brother is about to hit the slaves. Pratap sees him and asks him what are you doing. He says we don’t get such chances daily. Pratap says they will catch us, don’t do like this. Shakti hits them, the slaves comes to look out for them.
A ram mango falls and the slaves get to look at them, standing on the tree.
The slaves see them, and they know they are Udai Singh’s sons. They try to catch them. Shakti gets tensed seeing many men coming to catch them. Pratap and Shakti start running. the guards are behind them. They beat them up and run. The guard comes to Shams Khan and tells him about Pratap and Shakti. Shams Khan is happy that Udai Singh’s sons came in their territory, its good, its would be fun to tell Udai Singh. He says he got a golden chance and he cannot let it go. He was waiting for a mistake from Udai Singh’s side, and he got the chance today. The mistake is done. He laughs aloud.
Scene shifts to Raj Mahal:
Maharani is making some arrangements, and Choti Masa comes there. She asks her to leave it and she will take care of the rest. Manjli Masa also comes there and gives instructions to the maids. Choti Masa asks the maid to listen to Maharani, as she is the first wife of Maharaj, and her instructions are final. The maid says sorry. Choti Masa apologizes to Maharani. Manjili Masa says Maharaj looks only at Choti Masa, and he won’t look at anyone then. They are having a talk and just then Pratap comes there. He tells them that he went to bring raw mangoes for Choti Masa and he has to indulge in a fight with the troop of Shams Khan, he tells everything that happened there.
Maharani tells him that he has not done the right thing. Mewar might have to pay a big price for such a mistake. Rana Udai Singh comes to the palace, and everyone welcomes him. Pratap says he went to bring raw mangoes, but he had to save Kuwar Shakti. Maharani says its your mistake. Pratap says its our land, then how will it be my mistake. Manjili Masa says its my mistake, I told him where to get the mangoes. Choti Masa says its her mistake, she had the urge to eat the mangoes, I told him to bring it, Maharani says its my mistake, I made Pratap go against Rana ji’s commands.
Rana is shown entering the palace sitting on an elephant. Choti Masa says Pratap not to worry. Maharani says if we hide the mistake our children, it won’t be good. She tells Pratap whatever you do, be ready to bear the consequences. Rana is about to reach the palace. Choti Masa asks Maharani to hide everything from Maharaj Rana. She tells I don;t have the right to hide anything from him. Pratap has done a mistake, and he should be given the punishment. Maharani says till I say now, you won’t come infront of Rana ji. Pratap says he won’t come infront of him.
People arfe cheering for Rana Udai Singh as he enters the palace. Maharani does the tilak and aarti, followed by Manjli Maharani and Choti Maharani. Maharani asks Rana ji to break his fast and have food. He proceeds to have food. They all sit around him and serve him all varieties of food. He says Choti Maharani that you are so sweet, then how can the food prepared by you not be sweet, Manjli Maharani and Badi Maharani listens to him. Maharani asks him to start eating.
He asks for Maharana Pratap, he says he did not come to welcome me. Choti Maharani says he will come, he waited for you. He says Maharani that you look worried, is everything fine. Maharani asks him to have food first. Pratap stands there and listens to them. Maharani thinks she will tell him about Pratap’s mistake after he finished eating. A slave comes and informs Maharaj that Shams khan came to meet him. Maharani asks him to eat first, he says after knowing Shams khan came inside his palace, he cannot eat.
Shams khan is having fruits, and Maharaj comes there. Shams khan misbehaves with Maharaj. Maharaj asks the reason for his coming in the palace. Maharanis also sit in the Darbaar and hears their conversation. Shams khan tells I know that you dislike me coming in the palace, and you hate seeing me here. Maharaj gets angry. Shams khan taunts Maharaj. He again asks the reason. Shams khan says there is a reason. He says your people have broke the rules of ours, and they have beaten my guards. He says we might take it as a beginning of a battle. Maharani is shocked. Maharaj says whoever did it, they will get the punishment. I have instructed my people not to enter the Chowni. Shams khan says do you want to know who is it, Maharaj Rana Udai Singh says my commands are for everyone, let it be anyone.
Shams khan laughs on him, Maharaj says he will punish him. Shams khan says he thought of this, that he will get justice. He asks who is it. Shams khan says they are your sons. Maharaj is shocked. Maharaj asks for Kuwar Pratap and Kuwar Shakti to come in the darbar right now. The Maharanis are tensed.
Precap:
Maharaj shouts to call Pratap and Shakti. Pratap comes there and says its his mistake. Shams khan says they are kids. Pratap says we are kids, but we have beaten your guards. Maharaj is stunned to hear this. Shams khan asks Pratap to bow down and sit on your knees and apologize.
