‘Mahadev’ fame, Malhar Pandya on ‘Suryaputra Karn!’

The show, ‘Suryaputra Karn’ starring Gautam Rode has made a great impact. Where it was initially intended as a finite series, the show got an extension till May owing to its good TRP ratings.

The show is building towards the track where Balram, Lord Krishna’s elder brother will enter and will have a showdown with him. According to a leading news portal, the character of Balram will be played by none other than Malhar Pandya.

The actor isn’t new to the mythological genre, where apart from his role in ‘Hamari Saas Leela’, he has acted in ‘Ramayan’ and ‘Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev’. Working in Suryaputra Karn will mark his hat-trick of mythological shows.

We tried contacting Malhar, who said, “I am very excited to play the role of Balram. The track will be portraying the bonding between Balram and Krishna. And how does the bond develop where Krishna will tell Balram to deal with Duryodhan. The track will start airing from Monday.”
