The Episode starts with Nutan getting Dhruv to the tantric. Sonam also comes there. She smiles seeing Dhruv. Sheetal says he left your hand and went to Sonam. The tantric begins the puja. Dhruv scolds him for spreaking the smoke and calls him fraud baba. Tantric asks him not to pose hurdles in puja. Dhruv fans the smoke over the tantric. He cares for Sonam. They smile. Nutan worries. Tantric asks Nutan to feed the laddoo to Sonam. Dhruv takes the laddoo and feeds it to Milky. He beats up the tantric. Nutan says don’t do this. Sonam says what you thought and what’s happening. She shows a video to Sheetal and blackmails her. She says now I have learnt to save myself. Milky acts possessed. Everyone looks at her. Nutan cries. Sonam says I know you are scared for Dhruv, you are fooled, you will get loss for yourself and Dhruv by doing this, trust the doctor. Shashi calls Nutan and asks where did you take Dhruv, doctor is coming home. Nutan says yes. She takes Dhruv home.

Dhruv runs away from the doctor. He breaks things. He shouts I won’t get the injection. Doctor asks how will we manage, is there no one to handle him. Sonam comes there as buddy. Dhruv smiles and comes to her. He hugs her. Everyone looks on. Dhruv says she isn’t like you, she doesn’t fool me. Sonam says I m not scared of injection, I can take 5 injections. He says really, then I will also take it, I m not scared, I m brave. She asks him to come. Doctor gives injection to him. Everyone claps. Dhruv asks Sonam to play ludo with him. Doctor asks who are you, you did a miracle. Sonam says he needs a friend whom he trusts, family is worried, kids are laughing at him, so I became a 5 year old kid for him to befriend him. Doctor says you should be with him for his recovery. Dhruv comes and says yes, let buddy stay with me, I promise I will take medicines and injection also. Shashi says Sonam will stay here for Dhruv’s sake. Sonam requests Nutan.

Dhruv pushes Pratap and hurts him. Pratap gets asylum people to get Dhruv caught. He sends Dhruv to mental hospital. Sonam gets shocked.
