Leap after leap after leap in Sony TV’s Bade Achhe Lagte Hain

The popular show on Sony Entertainment Television, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain (BALH) (Balaji Telefilms) recently saw an eight year leap which introduced you to the new generation in the family. And as reports are coming in, the show is going to see another 20 year leap once again in the first week of September.

Well, BALH is one show in the recent times that has opted for multiple leaps in a short span of time. At times, these creative changes tend to confuse the viewers in terms of plot progress.

But why so many leaps? Lack of good writers or simply because the show has run out of its sheen and is using such ploys to stay in the game till the final axing happens?

When we buzzed the production house on what new track people can expect post the impending jump, they informed us that they are yet to decide on the track. But as per our sources the show will now focus completely on Pihu.

The young teenaged Pihu who is currently played by the talented Aanchal Munjal, will soon bid adieu only to be replaced by a mature twenty something girl. The actor to play the role is yet to be finalised by the production heads.

As the source further adds, “Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar will continue playing Ram and Priya and will sport grey hair. The leap will mark a new tale to the show.”

Will it bring a fresh air or will it just drag the story forward before it pulls down the curtains, only time will tell.

    Why another leap? We so wanted to see ram and priya with the twins growing up. A leap of 9 years. Now just as we are getting used to these new characters – Pihu, Myra, Pari, Khush, Sami, Varun – they are heading for another leap. Not good for BALH.

    Instead of too many leaps, Balagi must start a new serial and this serial should be finished as it becomes too boring.

    I was fan of this serial but now from last few months I have stopped watching it

    Too many leaps can spoil the concept of the story line. If they don’t anything else to write they should just cancel the show….I loved this show, but with all of the leaps, I am getting lost in the story line
