Baksa tells JWala’s team that today she had taken oath to submit 500 modaks to Bappa by afternoon. Jwala says its not a big thing, Rani and Rinky will prepare modaks. Rani and Rinky give expenses and act tired. Baksa says she will pay 100 rs per modak. Rani and Rinky excitedly say they will prepare it. Maithili walks in and says she will also help. Jwala asks her to prepare 500 modak alone in 4 hours. Maithili agrees. Baksa says she should crush kova, dryfruits and flour and prepare modak by 4 p.m. and if she succeeds, she can ask anything from her. Maithili agrees and goes to kitchen to grind ingredients when power goes off. She thinks how to prepare modak now. Jwala with Rani and Rinky prepares modaks saying she wants Baksa to reward her daughter and not 4-day-old bride.
Raghav returns home from office and seeing Maithili grinding modak mixture on stone asks what is she doing. She says she needs to prepare 500 modak by 4 p.m. and power has gone. He asks servant to check who informs only their bungalow’s power is off and he has called electrician to check who will come late. Raghav fixes fuse remembering Maithili’s struggle. Maithili gets impressed and romantic. Raghav drops torch after fixing fuse. Maithili rushes to pick it and their hands collide. He gets angry on her as usual and she gets romantic. He walks away fuming. Baksa starts pooja at 4 p.m. Jwala provokes Baksa against Maithili. Maithili brings modak on time leaving Jwala shocked and says only 16 modak are left. Jwala provokes Baksa. Rani brings modak and boasts that she is worried about Baksa’s dignity and not her money. Maithili thanks her and says whoever prepares modak, Bappa shouldn’t be hungry. Baksa rewards Rani with money bundles and performs pooja.
After sometime, Baksa pampers her doll Lily. Maithili takes modak for Lily. Baksa gets angry on her and asks if she is buttering her to get reward. Maithili says when Bappa didn’t accept her modak, what is the use of buttering anyone. Baksa asks what would she have asked if she had won. Maithili says Raghav, she wants to be with Raghav just like any wife wants to be with her husband and requests to let her stay in Raghav’s room. Baksa says tathastu and asks her to speak truth of dowry to her MIL. Maithili hesitates, but informs Jwala that she had come disguised and offered her dowry money. Jwala shouts what is wrong if she demands dowry after working so hard to make her son a big officer. Raghav hears that and says he didn’t expect her from this. Maithili says his mother did it for his better future. Jwala gets emotional and apologizing Maithili accepts Raghav and Maithili’s relationship. Baksa gets emotional and takes Jwala and Mangi away. Raghav asks Maithili to forgive him. He asks him to come closer and apologizes. He hugs her, and she smiles.
Serial ended on a positive note with Jwala accepting Raghav and Maithili’s relationship.
