The Episode starts with Yash trying to arrange AB negative blood. He finds the donor, but he is in Chennai. Randeep says we have to find some other Donor. Yash feels helpless and hits his hand angrily. Pooja stops him and cleans his injury, and applies the ointment on it. He gets a call. Kiran prays to God, and says I have lost Aniket, now can’t lose Shiv. She says until he gets fine, I will keep nirjala fast. Yash tells Randeep that he got the donor from Chandigarh. Randeep says we can’t take chance, as it will take 2 hours to reach here. Yash says we shall take a chance. Meena asks Bhupen to stop him. Bhupen says let him come first. Pooja gets Ishani’s call and tells that she got the blood. Meena asks him to do something. Bhupen sees Ishani coming. He pushes the stretcher to hit her and make her fall down. The stretcher hits Ishani and the blood pouch falls down and breaks. Ishani gets up. Kiran starts blaming Ishani for trying to kill Shiv. Meena says this blood could save Shiv, but this thief has ruined everything. Pooja says Ishani has not done this. kiran says we went to your house on your father’s invite and my son is in this condition. She says I will not leave you, if anything happens to my son.
Randeep says the donor haven’t come yet. Ishani asks Pooja why this is happening with Shiv. Pooja says your pain will make Shiv fine. Ishani prays to Goddess to make Shiv fine. Meena asks Bhupen, what they shall do, as the Donor will be coming in 5 mins. The nurse calls doctor and tells that the patient is having breathing problem. Kiran gets worried. Doctor checks Shiv. Yash calls the Donor. Ishani says I will talk. She tells Yash that the call is disconnected. Yash calls again and finds the phone off. Yash says I will check outside and runs. Bhupen gives 10 lakhs Rs to the donor and asks him to enjoy. The Donor thanks him and goes. Ishani asks Goddess to show some miracle. Meena and Bhupen come to Ishani. Meena and Bhupen ask Ishani what she will do now, how she will save Shiv. Bhupen says Meena and Shiv has same blood group. She shows the blood group. Ishani asks what do you want?
Bhupen asks her to divorce Shiv and sign on the divorce papers to save him. Meena gives her pen. Ishani signs on the papers. Bhupen asks Meena to come. They come there acting that Nurse had changed the report. He tells everyone that now Meena can give blood to Shiv, as her blood group matched with Shiv’s blood. Shashi and Kiran get happy. Meena goes to give blood. Kiran thanks Bhupen and hugs him. Bhupen thinks very soon Ishani will be out from their lives and house. Meena comes out after donating blood and pretends as if she is feeling dizzy. Kiran thanks Meena for saving Shiv’s life. Meena says Shiv is my son also, and says my motherly love for Shiv and Dimpy are same. Yash asks her to drink water and thanks Meena. .
Bhupen says things are not good, but that doesn’t mean that Shiv is our enemy. Ishani tells the goddess that their marriage will not break with just a sign, and prays to God to save her Shiv. She keeps Diya in her hand and asks Goddess to save Shiv. Doctor comes out and tells them that Shiv is stable now. Pooja sees Ishani’s hand burnt and removes diya from her hand. She tells that Shiv is out of danger now. Ishani thanks Goddess. Pooja asks her to come to Doctor. Ishani says she will go to Shiv. Doctor asks the family members to meet Shiv tomorrow as he is unconscious. Yash thanks Pooja for coming and asks her to go and rest. Ishani says yes. Pooja goes. Bhupen tells that they shall go home. Kiran says she will be with Shiv. Randeep asks Ishani to go home. Ishani says I will stay back. Meena tells Bhupen that she will come. She comes to Ishani and tells that she has given her precious blood and saved Shiv, but you couldn’t save your relation with Shiv. She says her relation will be over with Shiv. Ishani says Shiv and Ishani means Shiv and parvati and tells that you couldn’t fulfill your challenge. Meena says you could try, though you are not equal to us. She leaves.
