The Episode starts with Shashi telling Kiran that Ishani is a good girl. Kiran says even you like Pooja, I thought you are with me. Shashi says I am talking about Ishani and says she is a diamond. Kiran asks if you are in your senses. Shashi says Sulochana had changed her kundali, and tells that she has made her kundali and tells that Ishani’s 36 qualities are matching with Shiv’s 36 qualities. She says Ishani has saved Shiv. Kiran says I can’t forget whatever she has done. Doctor tells Shiv that he has recovered fast, I am surprised, nobody recovers so fast in such cases and praises Ishani. Ishani says I didn’t do anything, I did what you asked me to say. Doctor says you deserves compliment. He changes his medicine and goes. Shiv asks Ishani if she thought that he will thank her. Ishani asks him to get well soon, and then fight with her well.
Ishani is in the kitchen, and takes the juice jug, when the oil falls down on the floor. Ishani looks for the cloth to wipe the floor, she don’t find it and goes to get it. Dimple comes there and takes something from the fridge. She steps on the oil and slips, Ishani comes there and holds her from falling down and pushes her. Rohini comes just then and holds Dimple. Ishani slips, gets hit and falls down while saving Dimple. Shiv comes there and lifts Ishani. He asks why she is not gaining consciousness. Randeep says Doctor said that she will gain consciousness soon.
Rohini praises Ishani for saving Dimple and her baby. Meena signs Bhupen and they go to room. Shiv is sitting at Ishani’s bed side. Ishani gains consciousness. Shiv hugs her and says thank god, you got consciousness, you was unconscious since a long time. He says I will inform the family. Dimple, Randeep and others come there. Dimple thanks Ishani for saving her and her baby, and says they can’t return her big favor. She says I always hate you, and says I behaved badly with the best person of this world. She says Randeep used to say that you are good, but I was blinded and apologizes to her. Ishani says we are family, if family don’t support each other then who will do. Dimple hugs Ishani. Kiran looks on.
Yash tells Pooja that Ishani is fine. Pooja says Ishani used to bear scolding for Rachna and Neeti’s mistake and used to fight with others for me. She says don’t know why Kiran aunty don’t like her. Yash says Maa loves everyone and says if she doesn’t agree then we will run and marry. Pooja refuses to run away and tells that she will marry with everyone’s blessing. Yash asks if Maa doesn’t agree, then will you marry someone else. Pooja says I will wait for you all life, but will not marry anyone else. Kiran and Rohini hear them. Rohini says they are diamonds, you can’t get a better bahus than them, one has risked her life for your son and other wants to wait for your son.
Dimple thinks how she was about to fall, and tells Randeep if Ishani had not come, then they would have been ruined and says our baby…Randeep says sorry for not being with her. Dimple says it was an accident. Randeep says sorry to baby and promises that he will be the best dad. He says I had lost my father in my young age, and I didn’t get my father’s love, but I will give my baby everything which I didn’t get, and will give him/her all the happiness of the world and will be with you always. Dimple says you will be best dad for our baby.
Shiv gives medicine to Ishani. Ishani asks did you take your medicine. Shiv turns to go, but then turns to Ishani. Ishani asks if he has a bad stomach. He says he wants to say…Ishani asks what? Shiv thanks her for saving Dimps and her baby. Ishani says I didn’t hear, as you are so tall. He says thank you Ishani. Ishani says my pleasure. She tries to get up to get the towel. He asks her to rest and holds her hands.
Dimple comes there and brings food for Ishani and goes. Shiv goes to talk to her. Ishani gets up from bed. Dimple cries. Shiv asks why you are crying? Dimple asks if we have done a mistake to understand her and asks him to ask himself also. Shiv comes back to room and sees Ishani falling while walking. He holds her. Ishani says Dimple di..Shiv says she was crying just like that and asks Ishani to have food. Meherbaan hua plays……Yash looks at them. Shiv makes Ishani have food with his hand. Ishani makes him eat the food. He then makes her drink water. Yash calls Pooja and tells that Shiv bhai is feeding food to Ishani, and says I hope everything becomes fine. He says Shiv Bhai used to love her, but since she gave the wrong statement, everything changed. He says she has to tell the truth to Shiv bhai. Pooja says Ishani searches for his love in his hatred. Ishani thanks Shiv. Shiv says I did what you have done for me.
Precap: Ishani asks Bhupen, what does he think that he will be saved. Bhupen asks her not to come in his way and says this time I will not leave you. Everyone is doing havan and puja. Bhupen tries to suffocate Ishani and asks her to hear the truth before her death.
