Moti Mummy says god save Bindu with MP’s plan and hopes she gets her perfect life partner soon. Anand smiles hearing that and walks away. A man gets out of car and walks towards Bindu’s flat.

A modern attire wearing lady walks into Meghna’s house and asks if this Meghna Nikade’s house, she is English teacher and came on Meghna’s call. Meghna says she is Meghna Nikade and wants to hire English teach for her children. Teacher making weird face asks if she has to teach in this chawl. Jyoti with other neighbor ladies walks in and they hear Meghna’s conversation. Meghna asks what is wrong being in chawl, it is very clean

and even we are humans, she can come here to work without any worries. Teacher nods yes and leaves. Jyoti with ladies walk in and praises Meghna’s answer, says they need her help. Meghna makes them sit and goes to prepare tea. Jyoti greets baba. Children happily hug her and chat with her. Jyoti then walks into kitchen and praises Meghna that she achieved what she wanted to taking risk, so they came to seek her help. Meghna serves them all tea. They show her file where builder is planning to redevelop their chawl and request her to meet builder. Meghna says she will seek Mandar’s opinion regarding this and when Mandar returns home she informs him whole situation. Mandar says they respect Meghna’s risk taking nature and her growth and trust her, so they are seeking her help, she should help them for sure. He takes Meghna to ladies and asks when to meet builder.
Viraaj’s uncle starts Parimal industries board of directors meeting and tricks them to make him CEO of company. Viraj walks in with Prarthana and Daas babu.. Uncle asks who let him in, he is not even company’s employee now. Viraaj says he is company’s 39% share holder. Daas says all employees had bought shares and they all transferred their shares in Viraaj’s name. Uncle tries to emotionally malalign Viraaj’s image and asks directors to choose irresponsible CEO or intelligent like him. Viraaj reverts back that his father and grandfather worked hard from ground level learning nick and knack of the business and considered employees as family and let them grow, even he did same as per his family’s lineage, so he is irresponsible like his father and grandfather. Directors like his justification and make him CEO of the company.

Bindu opens door hearing door bell. A handsome man asks how is she, did she identify him. Bindu says she feels she knows him. He gives her prasad and says her parents asked to give it to her and left for their village. She says even now she did not identify him. He reveals he is her childhood friend who used to play cricket with her. She excitedly identifies him and reminisces childhood days. MP also identifies him and asks if he was working abroad. Friend says yes, but he wrapped up his business and returned back to India and will start organic farming soon. Bindu and he discuss about Faiba’s teachings. MP asks if he also knows Faiba’s teachings. Friend says yes, whole village is fan of Faiba’s teachings and he remembers them whenever he is in trouble. MP asks them to chat and walks away followed by MM. Bindu and friend continue chatting..

Precap: Prarthana informs Meghna and Bindu that Viraaj has taken over Parimal industries again and they need to shift to Delhi. Meghna asks Mandar if he will believe she book a flat without researching about builder. Mangar angrily walks away.
