Kya Hua Tera Vaada 12th September 2012 Written Update

Pradeep is looking for something in the wardrobe and calls out to Anu as he cant find it! Anu is in the kitchen and she hugs her mom who is cooking and her mom rues..saying how she tried to teach Anu how to cook since ages! Anu says that now she knows how to cook! Pradeep comes shouting and asks for hanky and wallet! Anu asks him to look on the bed but Pradeep asks her not to waste time and get his stuff! Anu comes inside the room and gives Pradeep the hanky and wallet ! Pradeep asks her if they are making fish and says he has problem with the smell! He asks why they have to make it? Anu says her mom has come after ages and so she wants to enjoy home cooked food! She asks him to adjust and Pradeep says he has been trying to adjust! Anus mom overhears the whole convo and walks away! Her mom asks Anu what adjustment has Pradeep ever done for Anu? She points to Anu that Pradeep has still not left Mona and says that Pradeep cant be with anyone and that this is not love but selfishness! She says that in future he can dump Anu as well! Pradeep overhears and walks off! Anu says that today Pradeep was gonna go to the lawyer to take divorce from Mona but now dunno what Pradeep will do seeing his sulken mood!

At the lawyers chambers,lawyer says that the six months time limit given to Pradeep and Mona to reconcile has elapsed and now the have to decide if they want divorce or reconcile? Lawyer asks Pradeep ..! Pradeep says yes for divorce! Mona is in tears and lawyer asks Mona and she recollects her ‘Gruh-Pravesh’ and wedding with Pradeep all in reverse order! Mona too agrees for the divorce! Pradeeps parents are also present and his dad looks angrily at Pradeep! Lawyers tell the duo that they have to fulfill some formalities before approaching the judge! Lawyer asks Mona if she wants alimony from Pradeep? Pradeeps dad says yes! Lawyer says earlier Mona din want anything and Pradeeps dad says that they thot the duo will reconcile but now they want alimony! Lawyer says they can sit across the table and decide monthly alimony! Pradeeps dad says that they want one time settlement since who knows Pradeep mite backtrack on his words! Pradeep opposes but his dad shuts him up and says he is addressing the lawyer! Lawyer asks the amount and Pradeeps dad says Rs. 1 Crore! Mona opposes and so does Pradeep! He asks from where he will get this amount? Pradeeps dad says from where he got the idea to divorce Mona! Pradeep says its a huge amount and Pradeeps dad says that today raising kids is a huge expense..their studies.. upbringing.. marriage all requires a lot of money! He taunts Pradeep not to be afraid of Rs. 1 Cr since he can afford two wives so he can afford this amount as well! Pradeep gets up and leaves! Mona opposes and says then he should also fix the price for the happy life of Pradeep-Mona of 12 years..of time spent.. of making a home.. a family! Mona says from whom is Pradeeps dad asking the money? The guy who has no value for relations.. humans or feelings! Pradeeps mom asks Mona to understand the intention! Mona says her heart is broken but her hand and legs are fine ..she can raise her kids well.. but she will never take any help from the guy who cheated on her!

Part 2

Lawyer tells Pradeep that he must be feeling very bad wondering how the guys who never asked anything till yesterday are suddenly asking for alimony! The guy says that he has a way out and that is by raising finger on Monas character! He says that in the court Pradeep has to claim that Mona is characterless! Pradeep chides his lawyer .. and asks him how dare he say that and says that Mona is a decent and well cultured girl! Lawyer tells Pradeep that if he thinks Mona is so good why is he divorcing her? Pradeep says that its their personal issue and so he better focus on the job assigned to him and says that he is ready to give the alimony asked! Mona overhears and says that she does not want any alimony and especially since she has been cheated by her hubby and now the world! Pradeeps parents walk past him in the parking lot! Mona comes as well and Pradeep calls out to her and tells her that he wants to talk to her one last time! Mona agrees!

Part 3

The duo are at a restaurant and Pradeep asks if she remembers that he had brought her to the same place on their first date after wedding! He shows a new couple sitting and Mona too looks and says yes ..and rues how far they have come! Mona takes a sip of coffee and asks him if he remembers that she had asked him if he believes in the marital vows? She reminds him that he had said that he does not understand all this but wants to spend his whole life with her! She tells him that she is not fighting with him and especially since now everything is over! Mona tells Pradeep that time is amazing.. they are the same but things have changed in 12 years! Mona says earlier they came after forming a bond and now they have come after breaking the bond! Pradeep says that he has hurt her a lot and despite all things getting over he tried to control her despite being wrong ..he kept fighting with her on wrong things! Pradeep says that he snatched all rights of being a wife from Mona but kept his rights of being a hubby! He says that he felt that all will be same.. he will be with Anu and Mona will linger around! He says that today he realised that all will end between them! Pradeep says that he wanted to apologise to her for all his mistakes ..she knows him well .. that basics never change! He says that he wants Mona to be happy .. n that she is very nice.. in her work also she is efficient and in personal life.. let anyone be a wife or mom like her! He says that he will miss her a lot! Pradeep says that their relation is over but Mona says their relation will never end .. he is still the father of her kids! She says that she knows that Pradeep loves the kids ..truly! She tells him not to think that she will curse him ever ..for whatever happened! She says that she will pray for his happiness and that the new relation he is gonna form.. may stay forever! Pradeep tells her that if she needs anything then she should tell him. .he is there for her! Mona says that when they got married ..her hands had mehendi and on one hand his name was written.. and now that mehendi is gone the lines on her hand are visible for which she has to work hard! She thanks him!

Precap: Mona chides Bulbul for giving Rajbeer and Rano false hopes! She tells Bulbul that they have to live without Pradeep! She hugs Bulbul and says all is over.. her parents marriage is over!
