Karan tells he cannot do what Nidhi desires and these situations have started hurting him, Mahesh says there is no need to understand while not look for all the answers as time tends to give the answers, as they say that if it is not according to their desire even then they should not be worried as Bhagwan is the one doing it, he hugs Karan asking him to relax.
Varun furiously breaks the glass when Roma entering asks what happened, he informs that the person found out, Roma asks if the Mehandi would happen when she says she does not feel he will stop however explains they should see what happens tonight
Preeta is walking when she sees the lamp is still not hung from its place, she decides to do it herself, Karan notices Preeta trying to stand on the stool, so recalls when she used to slip, Karan runs to her thinking she used to slip and might fall again, Preeta asks what is he doing when he replies tat he is not going to let her fall, Preeta with a smile hangs the lamp from the chain, she notices how Karan is staring at her but she cannot understand the feelings and is also just smiling while staring at him, she gets a memory flashback from when she fell before, Preeta is not able to understand it so stats hanging the final lamp after which she slowly tries to come down, karan offers his hand as support to her, Preeta taking them steps down the chair, she mentions she sometimes feel very weird that she knows him from years, Rakhi gets worried seeing them both, preeta asks karan if he also feels the same, she questions what else does he feel, Karan asks Preeta to tell him what does she feel, she replies she feels she not only knows him but everyone from this family. Rakhi coming to them calls Preeta asking what is she doing here, Preeta replies she is decorating, Rakhi questions why did she not get ready as Nidhi gave her the responsibility of the Mehandi, Preeta replies she is just leaving to change but Karan refuses saying there is no need as he has arranged the dress for her, Preeta agrees so goes to change in the room when Karan asks his mother what is this behavior to talk with Preeta, Rakhi replies he should let Preeta stay in her own house because if she sees her sometimes in this house then would behave nicely.
Daljeet enters the Luthra Mansion with Bi jee, Shanaya and Palki when Karina hugs her explaining she was waiting for them, Rakhi meets Shanaya and Palki when Daljeet introduces the Dadi of them both, Daljeet informs that Bi jee had went for the Yatra so could not come to the Roka ceremony of Shanaya but today she forced her to come and see the family, Sandy also enters the house when he greets Rakhi.
Shaurya is in the room when the detective calls him informing he is in the Luthra Mansion disguised as the waiter but he feels there is surely something wrong going on here, he mentions he would tell the entire truth later but for now has kept an eye on Karan, Mahesh coming to the kitchen asks what does he mean by it. Shaurya ends the call when Sandy greets him so Shaurya says the detective would handle it, Sandy replies he cannot make anything of it, Shaurya replies it is better if he does not understand anything and so informs he will tell the entire truth when he gets ready.
Mahesh comes to the waiter asking what did he mean, he says he was assuring that he will surely stay with Karan Luthra and keep an eye on him, which were the special instructions given to him by his boss, he asks what did Mahesh think who replies he feels the waiter should be more focused on serving the guests.
Rajveer enters the Luthra Mansion when he hits the detective in disguise as a waiter, Rajveer gets suspicious which worries the waiter but then Rajveer leaves.
Karan is walking when he sees Preeta getting ready wonders how they once used to have a story which was filled with love, they were very close to each other but are so distant and unaware of each other. Preeta also thinks why is she feeling so strange today that there is surely something missing and that she lost something which belonged to her, Karan smiles thinking she is still not able to wear the ear ring, Karan is about to leave when preeta drops the ear ring, Karan slowly entering asks if he can help her, he apologizes explaining he was going from here and saw that she cannot find her ear ring so was asking if he can help her, preeta says it fell right here but she cannot find it, karan starts searching for it when he realizes it is still stuck in her saree, karan slowly getting up starts staring at Preeta with a smile and is even walking towards her, she cannot understand anything when karan takes out the ear ring from the saree seeing which even preeta starts smiling. Preeta wears it after thanking him, Nidhi is however furiously looking at them both from the corner while getting emotional.
Rajveer enters the room of Karan Luthra, when he gets a call from Mr Panday who asks if he reached the house when Rajveer replies that there is no need to keep an eye on him, Mr Panday replies he has not sent anyone to keep an eye on him, Mahesh is also walking towards the room of Karan wondering what is the need to keep the watch in his room. Rajveer tries to open the locker however is not able to find the correct password and then is thinking when Mahesh enters the room asking what is he doing here, Rajveer replies he just wants to go to the washroom, Mahesh asks him to go but after seeing the locker cabinet is open gets worried, Rajveer gets stunned.
Karan tells Preeta there is a connection from long ago which has been from the past so many years when Preeta asks what does he want to say, he says he meant the connection which is between them both as they are at least friends. Nidhi thinks he is calling her his friend but how will he hide the love which she can see, and Preeta will understand it very soon after which even she would want to live with him as it does not take a lot of time for the relations to change, Nidhi thinks this love was her right and not anyone else’s , she while stumbling manages to leave, Preeta replies she is lucky to have a friend like him and Nidhi while even his two children are very nice, Karan says even she has children but Preeta replies even she is a mother, Preeta replies that Rajveer is the son of her sister because she never got married, Preeta leaves when karan thinks this means Rajveer didnot tell anything to preeta and she does not remember anything, Karan is worried.
