The doctors are still operating on Rajveer, Preeta not being able to control herself leaves, Arohi asks where is she going, Nidhi replies she will only go to the Mandir, karan also follows her. Kritika asks Rakhi to be strong when she prays to Mata Rani to protect her Rajveer and save his life, Kritika assures nothing will happen to him as she talked with her uncle who would be able to do once he has decided anything and she feels Karan Bhai should even talk with her uncle because then he will be able to do something, Rakhi replies that karan would have surely gone after Preeta.
Preeta is trying to stop a taxi when Shaurya is also getting out of the car when he sees the other person arguing with Preeta, Shaurya starts arguing with him when the person says that Preeta was crossing the main road however Shaurya starts to threaten him, the person gets out of his car saying he would have been stuck in the police case if she got hit and what if he would have been handed, Shaurya starts pushing the person when karan sees Shaurya so goes to stop him, Shaurya says that the person is misbehaving when the person asks the lady to cross the road after walking, Karan tries to stop Shaurya who says this road is outside the hospital and he is driving like this, Karan and Shaurya both see around but are not able to see Preeta when karan asks Shaurya to handle the situation in the hospital while give the car keys, Sandy comes after a while asking where is the car, Shaurya says it is a long story so asks Sandy to come with him in the hospital.
Preeta is walking when Gurpreet calls her so Preeta hugs her tightly explaining Rajveer is severely injured, Gurpreet replies she knows that Rajveer has been hit by a bullet and stabbed so knew Preeta would first come to tell Shristhi jee however advises her to not tell anything to Shristhi as she has read that the people in coma can hear and listen to everything so explains that Preeta is very strong but would not cry after going in front of Shristhi, Gurpreet says they would not be able to find out if anything happens to her so Preeta can go and just talk with her. Preeta enters the room where Shristhi is still in the coma, Preeta sitting beside her says that both her and Rajveer really miss her this is what she wanted to tell her as Rajveer is not able to live without her, she also does not feel anything is right. Preeta is not able to control herself so starts crying when after a while demands Shristhi should wake up very soon because she really needs her and even Rajveer, she once again demands Shristhi should return to them both, she once again starts crying.
Karan reaches the reception and asks the nurse if Preeta came here when he is informed she went to meet her sister, Gurpreet asks karan to stand by Preeta and not let anything happen to her, Gurpreet also starts crying when Karan assures he will take care of both preeta and Rajveer, Gurpreet explains preeta is very alone and Karan has to support them both as even he has some relation, Karan asks what does Gurpreet know of them, she replies she does not know anything when she sees preeta walking towards them. Karan and Gurpreet both start looking at Preeta who is walking towards them, she is very emotional so Karan slowly walks to stand in front of her. Preeta once again starts crying when Karan consoles her, he holds her close so Preeta hugs him tightly. Gurpreet is also emotional.
Mahesh requests Rakhi who questions why are the doctors not telling them anything about the condition of Rajveer because if they were not able to perform the treatment then she would have asked their own doctors, Kritika agrees with Rakhi explaining they all have the same fear so he should allow Rakhi to talk with the authorities, Palki and Shanaya wonder what is happening here, Rakhi goes to the reception demanding to talk with the Dean when the nurse asks what do they desire, Mahesh says she is talking about the same request which he said to her a while ago when the nurse calls the doctor of Rajveer, Rakhi asks what did she do now, the doctor comes asking what is the problem when Mahesh says they trust the hospital and want him to inform regarding the condition about Rajveer, the doctor says that he knows their family doctor is coming from London but no one can give them a guarantee about the situation, Kritika replies that her family is very tensed and requesting him to take care of the patient, the doctor replies he is also an experienced doctor and doing his best when Mahesh replies that they want him to continue with the treatment till their own doctor comes. Nidhi also says the doctor can assure them that the patient would be fine but the doctor does not listen, Shanaya also asks what is he saying as he should have given them some moral support but the doctor replies it is a hopeless case, Rakhi angrily questions what is he saying when he is a medical practitioner and should have done his best but the doctor says that he cannot break the rules, Palki replies that he should just care for the life of a patient and not worry about the rules, Shaurya comes saying Palki is telling the truth as nothing is more important then the life of a person, the doctor replies even he is a senior doctor but Palki says they are just requesting him to complete the treatment when the doctor refuses to break his rules, Shaurya angrily says it is enough explaining that they are going to do everything for him and the entire hospital but he should just focus and save the patient but the doctor is quiet, Shaurya says otherwise if the doctor does not cooperate then he will go to the media and complain about him, Sandy says the video is ready hearing which everyone gets shocked, Shaurya taking the phone says that the doctor himself said he will not take responsibility if the patient dies so he has pay the price for his actions, the doctor agrees explaining that he will allow the foreign doctor to perform the treatment, Shaurya hugs Rakhi who says that Shaurya does not have any idea what he has done today, Nidhi wonders what has happened to Shaurya as he has fought with everyone for the sake of Rajveer.
The doctor tells the nurse saying that the case is very complicated when the nurse suggests if they can call a senior doctor but he says that the Luthra’s have called their own doctor but the nurse says it is against the rules when the doctor says that the most important thing is life. Shaurya reaching the main door is thinking about how many times he fought with Rajveer but he was the one who saved the life of his father, Sandy comes asking him to tell the truth when Shaurya replies he never lies, Sandy says that Kavya considers Rajveer as brother and has Shaurya started to have the same feeling, Shaurya replies he does not like to keep the loan of anyone since Rajveer saved the life of his father so he just returned the favor. Palki and Shanaya come when Palki says she does not know how she can appreciate Shaurya for whatever he has done as Rajveer actually needed a good doctor, Shaurya leaves with Sandy when Palki goes to look at Rajveer from the window.
Shanaya stops Shaurya when he asks what does she want to talk about, she asks why does he keep the bad boy image when he is actually a nice person, Shaurya asks if she can understand what she is saying, she says he says he does not care for anyone which is not the truth, she explains he said he does not care for Rajveer and hates him but they saw that he wanted Rajveer to be better, Shanaya says she never thought she would say this to him but is really proud of him as she is feeling that he is just like her hero who would do anything for other people, Shaurya replies he is feeling very sorry for her because she thinks like this of him, Shaurya replies he still hates Rajveer and is only standing here because of his own family, he does not know what they all are thinking, he turning back asks if she is actually innocent or stupid because he is a bad boy and will never change.
Preeta takes a step back and apologizes to karan, she asks how is Rajveer when karan says that the best treatment is going on and he would be fine, Preeta talks of Rakhi aunt, he says that Preeta would feel very bad for what his mother says when Preeta replies she was saying Rakhi aunti also cares a lot for Rajveer just like her so even if they say anything to her then she would not mind it, she knows they all are very nice people when karan replies even she is very nice, Preeta asks Karan if they can leave to which eh agrees then raises his hand ahead which Preeta holds while staring at him.
Precap: Aarohi says to Kiran I saw the goon over here who shot Rajveer. Nidhi and Kiran gets shocked.
Karan says to everyone Rajveer is my responsibility and I’ll go to any extent to save him.
