Karan enters the room, he sees Preeta sleeping and wonders that she looks really cute while sleeping but is the opposite when she is awake, Preeta suddenly wakes up when he sits down on the bed questioning what is he doing here, karan mentions it is his room so he has come to sleep here, but Preeta says that it was his room however now belongs to her, Karan questions what does she eat in the morning as he is always ready to fight with her, Preeta refuses to allow him to sleep with her, he questions where can he sleep since this room belongs to her now however he questions dopes she not know what she said the first day when she came back, she insisted on sleeping in the room of Prithvi, Preeta replies she said that before but realized she is more comfortable sleeping in this room so he should leave this room, Karan agrees to leave explaining it is because he needs to do some work, but will come back soon. Preeta quickly closes the door thinking she si sorry for not letting him sleep since when he is with her, she is not able to control herself and he would surely find out the truth about her feelings for her. She lies down on the bed wondering what can she do.
Karan is walking in the hall thinking she has gotten a lot of attitude, Sameer also walks past him, karan questions what has happened when Sameer mentions that he wants a drink since his mood cannot be good, Sameer informs that Shristhi did not even talk with him on the entire way, Karan explains that she is just angry with him but it will sort out after some time, Karan mentions even Preeta has changed as she acts like being a Hitler but he can see his old Preeta inside of her, so they both should drink. He explains whenever he tries to go near her, she scolds him. Sameer also mentions even Shristhi did not look at him, Karan mentions Preeta also hugged him but then pushed him away as he made a crime, Sameer says he was talking about Shrishti but Karan started talking about his own problems, karan says they are brothers so can share the problems, Sameer explains there is nothing going on between them but Karan’s relation with Preeta feels like a love story, Karan says he should not lie since everyone would surely find out about their love story. Karan mentions everything is happening because of his past actions however he promises to make sure that their love story is started once again, Sameer hugs karan, they both leave to have a drink.
Prithvi questions Kritika what relation he has with the Luthra family, she replies he is the son in law, Prithvi questions then why he is always treated like this, Karina and Dadi hear him shouting so walk towards the room even Rakhi and Sherlin come to the room. Karina questions why is he talking like this to Kritika questioning what happened, prithvi exclaims he is really disappointed with her because of her behaviour, prithvi explains eh is the member of this family but still some people do not think good about him, Prithvi explains when Mahesh came running to the party he yelled Snake so he was able to protect his identity but they think Preeta is the one protecting them and not him, he says Mahesh would have been sent to the mental asylum but he fought with them so Mahesh can stay in this house he only kept Mahesh in the basement so that no one finds out that he is mentally unstable and not hurt the emotions of the family.
Prithvi explains he established a new company not because he has any interest in money but that if something wrong happens with them in future and the world finds out that the face of the Luthra industry is mentally unstable then it would cause their shares to fall, they will become bankrupt and, in that time, the new company will benefit them. Prithvi explains he knows some of them do not consider him worthy to live in this house, but he does it all for their benefit, he apologized to Kritika some time ago but all he asked in return was her moral support but she did not stand by him, Preeta was constantly accusing him yet she remained quiet which he doesnot understand, Kritika leaves apologizing when the family also tries to leave however he stops them informing no one would go to the basement and meet with Mahesh since he might attack anyone so no one would be able to stop him from going to the mental asylum, they all leave, he exclaims Sherlin can hug him now. She rushes to hug him from behind when he starts smiling.
Sameer questions why are girls so complicated, karan mentions it is because they are innocent but Sameer doesnot believe him, he says that he is right since they know what they want but after achieving them are not able to know what to do, Sameer explains he cannot understand what karan is saying as he has gotten even more confused, karan mentions even he is confused because he doesnot know what Preeta wants as she sometimes says what she desires but then backs out off it, he is confused when Sameer says that he cannot understand Karan says but would know about it if Rishab was present here, he was really clever when karan gets sad, Sameer assures he did not want to make Karan feel sad when karan says he is missing Rishab as he always used to say that karan should fight for what is right, this is what Sameer must do. Sameer says that he is sure what he wants, he only desires Shristhi when Sameer says that it is really night however Karan informs that there is no time for love and he should fight for it, Sameer mentions the door would be closed, Karan informs that he should go through the window and in the room, fighting for his love when Karan mentions even he knows what he desires as he has to fight for his bed. Sameer is standing when Natasha also comes to greet him.
Karina tries to console Kritika assuring nothing has happened, Kritika questions what is her problem that prithvi scolded her like this, Karina mentions that Preeta is the reason behind every problem, she asks Rakhi why does she not see that Preeta is at fault since because of her actions the married life of Kritika is getting affected, Karina warns that if anything happens to her daughter then she would not be able to bear it, Rakhi says Preeta has not done anything wrong since she only thought about the betterment of this family, she could not see Mahesh in the basement and tried to make sure that he comes back to live with the family. Dadi also says that she feels prithvi has made the right decision since they cannot see Mahesh in the mental asylum, so it is better for them to let Mahesh stay in the basement.
Kritika standing exclaims now she will not let anything happen to her husband as she is going to fulfil both the duties of a daughter and wife, she will always support her husband, Rakhi is tensed when she questions why Rakhi still believes Preeta even when she herself accepted that she came here just for the sake of money, Karina mentions she had realized this a long time ago and revealed how Preeta was just here for the money. Kritika assures she is only going to support her husband even if it means going against Preeta since she came to their house as the owner and not a family member. Rakhi is really tensed with the intentions of Kritika.
